A repeater, a remote management system of a repeater and a method arc provided for variably attenuating an input signal. A repeater relays at least one frequency band signal between a base station and a service side, includes at least one variable attenuator for variably attenuating each of at least one frequency band signal, variably attenuates an input signal that is received from the base station through the variable attenuator, and transfers the input signal to the service side. Further, a remote management system of the repeater communicates through the repeater and a mobile communication network and includes a repeater management server for requesting to change an attenuation value of the variable attenuator to the repeater when the input signal is an excess input signal.

Disclosed is an apparatus and method for driving a 2-phase SRM capable of individually performing an initial driving by an initializing sensor and a normal driving by a driving sensor, and capable of controlling a rotation speed of the SRM by delaying a phase signal by a half period and then generating a pulse width modulation signal based on the period. The apparatus comprises: a driving sensor which detects a position of a rotor thus to generate a driving sensor signal based on a result of the detection; a microprocessor which generates a 1-phase signal and a 2-phase signal based on a rising time and a falling time of the driving sensor signal at the time of a normal driving; an oscillator which generates first and second pulse width modulation signals delayed by a preset time; and a multiplying unit which multiplies the 1-phase and 2-phase signals with the first and second pulse width modulation signals, and generates 1-phase and 2-phase driving signals based on a result of the multiplication.

A Switched Reluctance (SR) generator having improved efficiency at low and high speed is disclosed. The SR generator includes a step-up converter for controlling an excitation voltage of an excitation capacitor capable of providing a phase winding with an excitation current. Therefore, the SR generator can control the excitation current, and can provide a phase winding with a sufficient excitation current, thereby improving efficiency. The step-up converter is arranged between a battery capable of storing generated power and the excitation capacitor, boosts a voltage of the battery, and provides the excitation capacitor with the boosted voltage. Therefore, the SR generator does not include an additional power-supply unit for a boosting function, resulting in simplification of an overall structure and reduction of a production cost.

Disclosed is an SR (switched reluctance) generator with improved generation capability in a low-speed range. The SR generator is configured such that an inductance of a phase winding wound around a stator is increased in a low-speed range and is reduced in a high-speed range. Accordingly, a variation rate of the inductance relative to a phase angle is increased in a low-speed range, resulting in an increased output energy in a low-speed range and an improved generation efficiency. The phase winding of the stator may be configured to have a single phase. Accordingly, since the generator is configured with the reduced number of switches, it can be manufactured inexpensively and simply.

Disclosed is a motor drive control device which uses mechanical switches configured in an H-bridge shape and can protect the mechanical switches from being damaged and minimize a voltage chattering problem occurring upon switching on and off The motor drive control device includes: two relay switching units which are coupled to both sides of a motor and each of which is formed in an H-bridge shape and is connected to an output terminal of a bridge circuit; a switching unit which controls a voltage source applied to the relay switching units; and an inverter controller which first controls any one of the relay switching units and then controls the switching unit so that the motor starts to operate, and first controls the switching unit and then controls the one of the relay switching units so that the motor comes to a halt.
