A water management system for a hydrogen engine is capable of reducing a capacity of a water tank for storing cooling water injected into the hydrogen engine and is capable of not requiring separate replenishment of water for the water tank. The water management system includes: a water tank module, which stores water for cooling the hydrogen engine; a water pump provided at the water tank module and configured to supply the water stored in the water tank module to the hydrogen engine; and an exhaust line provided between the hydrogen engine and the water tank module and configured to supply an exhaust gas, which contains water vapor discharged from the hydrogen engine, to the water tank module.

Water management system for a hydrogen engine

A device for supplying injection water capable of stably supplying the water to a water injection system of a vehicle. The device for supplying injection water includes a storage unit configured to store water, a management unit mounted on the storage unit and configured to detect a state of the water stored in the storage unit and manage the water, a transport unit connected to the storage unit through the management unit and configured to outwardly move the water, and an integrated controller configured to control operations of the management unit and the storage unit.

A vehicular urea pump module includes a structure capable of preventing urea from permeating into electrical elements such as a pump, a heater, and a sensor of the urea pump module; a structure capable of easily defrosting frozen urea; a structure of separating foreign substances; a structure of reducing vibration noise; a structure of enabling the discharge and suction of urea using a single pump; and a structure of increasing the efficiency of assembly for ease of assembly of respective elements.

Urea pump module for vehicle

A urea solution pump unit includes a bracket mounted to a lower side of a urea solution tank. A pump unit is horizontally disposed at a center of an upper part of the bracket and includes a pump suctioning a urea solution to one direction and a motor pumping the urea solution to another direction through a gap between a rotor and a stator of the motor inside the pump and discharging the urea solution to a lower side of the bracket. A pair of thawing units are fixedly disposed at both sides of the pump unit on the bracket. The thawing units transfer heat to the urea solution and prevent the urea solution from being frozen. A sensor unit is disposed at one side of one of the thawing units and detects a level, a temperature, and a pressure of the urea solution.

Urea solution pump unit

A pump module includes: a pump that is installed at the inside of a storage tank in order to discharge a liquid that is stored at the inside of the tank to the outside of the tank; a flange that is coupled to one side of the tank in order to couple the pump to the tank; a heater that is located on the flange so as to enclose a lower portion of the pump; a cover that covers an upper portion of the pump in order to couple the heater to the flange; and a filter that is coupled to the flange so as to enclose the pump, the cover, and the heater and that filters the liquid that is supplied to the pump.

Pump module

Provided is a turbine type electric fuel pump for an automobile having a casing in which a pump portion and a motor portion are installed. The pump portion includes a fuel intake case having a fuel intake hole, a fuel discharge case having a fuel discharge hole, and an impeller installed on a pumping chamber. An inlet side ring type duct is connected to the fuel intake hole. An outlet side ring type duct is connected to the fuel discharge hole. The impeller includes a disc portion in which a shaft assembly portion is formed at the center thereof, a plurality of blades extending from an outer circumferential surface of the disc portion outwardly in a radial direction, and a ring portion connecting the blades along the outer circumferential surface of the disc portion. The outer circumferential surface of the disc portion gradually protrudes outwardly in a radial direction of the impeller from both upper and lower sides thereof to a center thereof. The inner circumferential surface of the ring portion gradually protrudes inwardly in a radial direction of the impeller from both upper and lower sides thereof to a center thereof.
