The first inorganic layer includes: a first buffer layer on the light-emitting elements; a first barrier layer on the first buffer layer; a first porous layer on the first barrier layer; a second barrier layer on the first porous layer; and a second buffer layer on the second barrier layer. A refractive index of the first buffer layer, the first barrier layer, and the first porous layer are different from one another, and the refractive index of the first porous layer is smaller than the refractive index of the first buffer layer and the first barrier layer.

A display device includes a base; a light emitting element on the base; a capping layer on the light emitting element; a thin-film encapsulation layer including a first inorganic layer on the capping layer, an organic layer on the first inorganic layer, and a second inorganic layer on the organic layer; and a wavelength conversion pattern on the thin-film encapsulation layer and overlapping the light emitting element, wherein the first inorganic layer includes two sub-inorganic layers having different refractive indices.

Display device including sub-inorganic layers

An organic light emitting display is provided. The organic light emitting display includes a first base substrate; a plurality of organic light emitting diodes disposed on the first base substrate; an encapsulation layer disposed on the organic light emitting diodes; and a plurality of first color conversion filters disposed on the encapsulation layer. The encapsulation layer includes: a first sub-inorganic layer disposed on the organic light emitting diodes; a second sub-inorganic layer disposed on the first sub-inorganic layer and having a refractive index different from that of the first sub-inorganic layer; an organic layer disposed on the second sub-inorganic layer; and a third sub-inorganic layer disposed on the organic layer.

Organic light emitting display

A color conversion substrate includes a base including a first light transmitting region and a light shielding region around the first light transmitting region; a first color filter on the base in the first light transmitting region; a first wavelength conversion pattern in a first microcavity on the first color filter including a first wavelength shifter; and a light shielding member on the base and in the light shielding region. The first microcavity includes an open side, and the light shielding member directly contacts the first wavelength conversion pattern at the open side of the first microcavity.

A method for manufacturing an organic light emitting diode display includes forming a thin-film transistor on a substrate, forming a protection layer by using a deposition method on an entire surface of the substrate, and forming an organic light emitting element on the protection layer. Forming the protection layer includes forming a first protection layer, a surface thereof including a first wrinkle, and forming a second protection layer on the first protection layer, a surface thereof including a second wrinkle. A first modulus value of the first protection layer is less than a second modulus value of the second protection layer by at least 300 MPa.
