A display device including a substrate which has a plurality of pixels each including an emission portion and a non-emission portion, a first electrode which is disposed on the emission portion, a pixel definition layer which is disposed on an edge of the first electrode and the non-emission portion, a common organic layer which is disposed on the first electrode and the pixel definition layer, an organic light-emitting layer which is disposed on the common organic layer and overlaps the emission portion, and a second electrode which is disposed on the common organic layer and the organic light-emitting layer. The pixel definition layer includes a plurality of pits between adjacent pixels. The common organic layer and the second electrode are separated by the pits.

Organic light-emitting display device and method of manufacturing the same

An organic light emitting diode display device includes a substrate, a light emitting layer, a first power supply wire, a second power supply wire, a connection pattern, and an upper electrode. The substrate has a display region, a peripheral region surrounding the display region and including first, second, and third peripheral regions, and a pad region disposed on one side of the peripheral region. The light emitting layer is disposed in the display region on the substrate. The first power supply wire is disposed in the second and third peripheral regions and a part of the first peripheral region on the substrate. The second power supply wire is disposed in the display region, the first peripheral region, and the third peripheral region on the substrate without being disposed in the second peripheral region, and is located inward of the first power supply wire.

Organic light emitting diode display device

Stage and scan driver using the same

According to an embodiment, a liquid lens control apparatus includes a liquid lens configured to control an interface between liquids in response to a driving voltage, a voltage booster configured to increase the level of a supply voltage and output a voltage having a higher level than the supply voltage, a controller configured to control the driving voltage, and a gyro sensor configured to sense the movement of the liquid lens and output a signal corresponding to the movement of the liquid lens. The controller acquires a signal corresponding to the movement of the liquid lens output from the gyro sensor during a period in which the voltage booster is in an OFF state, and controls the driving voltage using the signal corresponding to the movement of the liquid lens.

Display device including distributed drivers

A display device includes a substrate. The substrate has a trench portion recessed inward at a side, and includes a first display area, a second display area and a third display area, the second and third display areas being protruded from a first side of the first display area with the trench portion interposed therebetween, and a peripheral area around the display area. First gate lines, second gate lines, and third gate lines are respectively on the first display area, the second display area, and the third display area, and are respectively coupled to first pixels, second pixels, and third pixels. First, second, and third gate drivers are respectively to sequentially provide first gate signals, second gate signals, and third gate signals to the first gate lines, second gate lines, and third gate lines. The third gate driver is on the peripheral area between the third and second display areas.

Display device

A display device includes an active pattern disposed on a substrate, a first transistor, a first scan line, a first power voltage line, a first electrode pattern and an organic light-emitting layer disposed on the substrate. The first transistor includes a first gate electrode disposed in a first overlapping area of the active pattern where the first gate electrode overlaps the active pattern. The first scan line is disposed adjacent to the first gate electrode. The first power voltage line includes a first electrode portion and a second electrode portion. The first electrode portion overlaps the first gate electrode. The second electrode portion extends from the first electrode portion in a direction crossing the first scan line and overlaps the first scan line.

Display device and method of manufacturing the same

A display device includes a display panel including a first display area; a second display area protruding in a first direction from the first display area; and a first non-display area adjacent to a side of the second display area. Each of the first display area and the second display area includes subpixels that display an image and scan lines electrically connected to the subpixels. The first non-display area includes dummy pixels; a common scan line electrically connected to the dummy pixels; load matching switch elements respectively disposed between the scan lines and the common scan line; and a load matching driving circuit that outputs load matching control signals to control turn-on and turn-off of the load matching switch elements.

A camera module according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first plate comprising a cavity in which a conductive liquid and a non-conductive liquid forming an interface are disposed; a common terminal disposed on the first plate; a plurality of individual terminals disposed below the first plate; a second plate disposed on the common terminal; a liquid lens comprising a third plate disposed below the individual terminals; a lens assembly comprising at least one solid lens and the liquid lens; a sensor substrate disposed below the lens assembly and having an image sensor disposed thereon; a connection substrate for electrically connecting the liquid lens and the sensor substrate; and a control unit for supplying a driving voltage applied to the common terminal and the individual terminals, wherein the control unit may sense the voltage applied between the common terminal and the individual terminals, and supply the compensated driving voltage to the common terminal and the individual terminals on the basis on the sensed voltage.

A display device includes a plurality of pixels. Each pixel includes a first transistor that controls an amount of current received from a first power supply voltage line connected via a second node to an organic light emitting diode in response to a voltage of a first node, a second transistor connected between a data line and the second node and that includes a first gate electrode connected to a first scan line, a light emitting line connected to a gate electrode of at least one light emitting transistor located in a current path between the first power supply voltage line and the organic light emitting diode, and a seventh transistor connected between one of at least one second gate electrode of the second transistor and the light emitting line. Accordingly, a threshold voltage of a switching transistor included in each of the plurality of pixels may be negatively shifted.

An organic light emitting diode display is described which includes a substrate having a display area and a non-display area; a metal layer disposed on the non-display area of the substrate, an insulating layer, a voltage line disposed on the gate insulating layer and receiving a driving voltage, a second voltage line disposed on the gate insulating layer and receiving a low driving voltage, an organic insulating layer, and a cathode electrode disposed on the organic insulating layer. The second voltage line and the cathode electrode are electrically connected to each other through an opening formed in the organic insulating layer, and the first voltage line or the second voltage line is electrically connected to the metal layer through an opening formed in the gate insulating layer.
