Disclosed is a lithium ion-conductive sulfide-based solid electrolyte which includes nickel sulfide and, accordingly, the solid electrolyte can obtain a novel structure and performance. A particulate matter sensor is provided. The particulate matter sensor includes a particulate matter detection unit that has first and second electrodes separately disposed on a substrate and configured to generate capacitance to correspond to a quantity of a particulate matter accumulated between the first and second electrodes. A signal generator is configured to generate a frequency signal that determines a resonant frequency by the capacitance. A detection result processor is configured to detect a signal magnitude of a predetermined reference frequency in the frequency signal and distinguishes an exhaust level of the particulate matter based on a change of the signal magnitude.

A microphone and a method of manufacturing the microphone are provided. The method includes; preparing a substrate and forming a vibrating membrane having an oxide film and a plurality of slots onto the substrate. A sacrificial layer and a fixed membrane is formed over the vibrating membrane and air intake apertures are formed through the fixed membrane. A first pad is connected to the fixed membrane, a second pad is connected to the vibrating membrane, and a phase delay unit is bonded to the bonding pad. Disclosed herein is a torque sensor. The torque sensor includes a cylindrical upper case having one open end and an overload prevention member that is fixed to the upper case to prevent overload. A lower case covers the open end of the upper case and an elastic structure member is disposed on the lower case to detect deformation. Additionally, a silicon structure member is disposed on the elastic structure member to detect deformation.
