A connection structure of a stator of a drive motor is configured to allow coils to be wound in a plurality of slots provided in a stator core and to connect the coils withdrawn from the slots. The coils are wound in the slots to form first-type structures and second-type structures configured such that withdrawal directions of three-phase (U-, W- and V-phase) withdrawal lines and N-phase withdrawal lines withdrawn from the slots of the first-type structures are opposite to withdrawal directions of three-phase (U-, W- and V-phase) withdrawal lines and N-phase withdrawal lines withdrawn from the slots of the second-type structures. The first-type structures and the second-type structures are disposed symmetrically to each other with respect to a reference line formed to divide the slots in half.

Connection structure for a stator of a drive motor

A stator for a drive motor includes: a segmented stator core including a plurality of mounting portions; a bobbin equipped on each mounting portion of the plurality of the mounting portions and having a coil wound thereon; a first casing and a second casing coupled to the bobbin, respectively, at opposite sides of the bobbin with respect to the segmented stator core, and configured to enclose the coil; a passage formed in one of the first casing or the second casing, and configured to allow fluid communication with the inside of the first casing and the second casing; and a terminal portion integrally formed in a remaining one of the first casing or the second casing and configured to allow connection of the coil.

Stator for drive motor

A wound rotor motor is provided, in which a rotary shaft is arranged in the vertical direction, to immerse lower coil portions of a stator and a rotor in cooling oil, thereby improving the cooling effect beyond that of a conventional configuration, in which lower coil portions are partially immersed, and consequently decreasing the capacity of an oil pump. A wound rotor motor is provided, in which a rotary shaft is arranged in the vertical direction and has therein a flow passage, through which cooling oil moves up from the region below the rotor and is sprayed to the region above the rotor by centrifugal force generated by rotation of the rotor, thereby enhancing the motor-cooling effect, decreasing the frictional loss of the rotor due to the cooling oil, and consequently improving the operational efficiency of the motor.

Wound rotor motor for vehicle

A motor cooling structure is provided. The structure includes a motor housing that has an inner wall, an outer wall, and a plurality of cooling fins which are disposed on the inner wall. An inlet boss is obliquely connected to the motor housing and an outlet boss is obliquely connected to the motor housing. The outlet boss is spaced apart from the inlet boss. Additionally, a first cooling channel and a second cooling channel are disposed between the inner wall and the outer wall, and are connected in parallel to the inlet boss and the outlet boss.
