A display device includes a display unit including a plurality of pixels connected to an initialization line and a first power source line, a sensor unit provided on the display unit and including a plurality of driving electrodes, a sensor driver providing a touch driving voltage to a plurality of driving lines connected to the plurality of driving electrodes, a power supply providing an initialization voltage to the initialization line and providing a first power source voltage to the first power source line, and a compensation circuit compensating for the initialization voltage.

Display device

A display device includes: a touch sensing unit on a front surface of an image display area and configured to sense a location of a touch; a display driver circuit configured to select one of first to third temperature sensing modes during a predetermined temperature sensing period and to generate at least one of first to third mode sensing control signals according to the selected temperature sensing mode; and a touch driver circuit configured to generate at least one of first to third temperature sensing map data in response to at least one of the first to third mode sensing control signals, wherein the display driver circuit is configured to compensate for image data based on at least one of the first to third temperature sensing map data and to display an image according to the compensated image data in the display area.

A display device is provided. The display device includes a display unit, a touch unit, a display driver configured to drive the display unit and including a synchronization signal generator, and a touch driver configured to drive the touch unit and including a synchronization signal receiver and a touch signal adjuster, wherein the synchronization signal generator is configured to generate a first synchronization signal supporting a frequency of a display signal applied to the display unit based on input frame frequency information and a second synchronization signal supporting the frequency of the display signal and including the frame frequency information, based on the frame frequency information and the first synchronization signal, and wherein the synchronization signal receiver is configured to receive the horizontal synchronization signal.

Display device with frame frequency synchronization

A display device includes: a display panel; a sensor unit on the display panel; a touch driver including a signal processor configured to output a final touch point coordinate using a touch sensing signal received from the sensor unit; and an application processor configured to provide filter size information to the touch driver, wherein the signal processor includes a jitter remover configured to receive a current touch point coordinate from a coordinate calculator and to output the final touch point coordinate from which a jitter component is removed by filtering with a jitter filter, and wherein the jitter remover includes a filter size determiner configured to vary a range of the jitter filter in response to the filter size information.

Touch sensing method and display device

A touch sensor includes a sensor cell coupled to a sensor line, a sensor transmitter including a first switch coupled to the sensor line and a power supply which supplies a charging signal to the sensor line during a first period during which the first switch is turned on, and a sensor receiver including a second switch coupled to the sensor line and a sensor channel which receives a sensing signal from the sensor line during a second period during which the second switch is turned on. The sensor receiver further includes a coupling capacitor including a first electrode coupled to the second switch and a second electrode coupled to the sensor channel.

Touch sensor and display device including the same

A display device includes a display substrate having a non-display area at least partially surrounding a display area, and pixels in the display area, and a sensor substrate covering the pixels and a portion of the display substrate. The display device also includes first and second pads in the non-display area, a first sensor on the sensor substrate, a first sensor line connecting the first pad and the first sensor, and a second sensor line connecting the second pad and the first sensor. In addition, the display device includes a sensor transmitter to supply a sensing signal to the first pad during a first period, and a sensor receiver to receive a sampling signal from the second pad during a second period after the first period.

An electronic device, including a touch recognition unit; a display unit receiving a signal from the touch recognition unit; a fingerprint recognition unit receiving a signal from the display unit. A processor is configured to transmit and receive a signal to/from the touch recognition unit, the display unit, and the fingerprint recognition unit. The processor may remain in an inactive state while the touch recognition unit, display unit, and fingerprint recognition unit are activated.
