A pixel structure for OLED display is disclosed. The pixel structure includes multi-row pixel unit groups, each pixel unit group includes a plurality of pixel units arranged repeatedly is sequence, and each pixel unit includes a first sub pixel, a second sub pixel and a third sub pixel, wherein the same sub pixels of the pixel units in adjacent two rows are arranged in dislocation in a horizontal direction. The pixel structure can widen the distance between the corresponding openings of the sub pixels when making the corresponding metal mask to enhance the strength of the metal mask that a pixel unit of a smaller size can be produced under the consideration of process condition, so as to improve the resolution of the OLED display.

Pixel structure for OLED display and metal mask thereof

A pixel structure and an organic light emitting display are disclosed. The pixel structure includes a plurality of pixels which includes a plurality of sub-pixels. At least one pixel forms a pixel unit, and longitudinally adjacent pixel units are arranged in a vertical mirror image, and/or laterally adjacent pixel units are arranged in a horizontal mirror image. The present disclosure may increase the area of mask opening during evaporation, reduce the difficulty of mask production process, and reduce the evaporation process difficulty by a reasonable pixel arrangement structure and allowing sub-pixels of adjacent pixels to share one mask opening to evaporate. It does not need to preset a gap during evaporating the sub-pixels of adjacent pixels of the mask, thereby a real high PPI is achieved while keeping the opening ratio. In addition, the present disclosure can further increase the strength of the mask.

Pixel structure and organic light emitting display using the pixel structure

The present invention discloses an organic electroluminescence device, comprising a luminescent layer, wherein, a host material of the luminescent layer comprises a thermally activated delayed fluorescence material, the host material is doped by a dye, and the dye comprises at least one phosphorescent dye. The present invention employs a thermally activated delayed fluorescence material, whose difference between the triplet state energy level and the singlet state energy level (&#x394;E) is relatively small. The present invention employs the material as the phosphorescence host, so part of the triplet state exciton level transfers to the singlet state excitons, and the amount of the overall triplet state excitons is smaller. Therefore, the concentration of the triplet state excitons decreases, and the recombination region becomes narrower, which effectively reduces the probability of excitons entering the charge transport layer, and at the same time the narrowing of the recombination region effective prevents the diffusion of N-type dopants into the exciton recombination region. Additionally, by employing the host material, the device corresponds to a low working voltage.

Organic electroluminescent device

A pressure-sensitive display screen touch-control unit, a touch screen and a manufacturing method thereof. The touch-control unit mainly comprises a driving electrode, a lower electrode, and a dielectric layer sandwiched between the driving electrode and the lower electrode. When a pressure is applied between the driving electrode and the lower electrode, a tunnel current Iis formed, and a voltage Vexists between the driving electrode and the lower electrode. With the touch-control unit, an external pressure may be converted into a current signal to make pressure an information input mode; and the touch-control unit is combined with the existing capacitive touch screen or the resistive touch screen, such that the touch-control unit may be compatible with the existing multi-point touch function, and may also sense change in pressure sensitively. Functions of the existing touch screens may be enhanced to rich operations and applications of touch screens.

Pressure-sensitive display touch unit, touch screen, and manufacturing method thereof

A pixel circuit, a display device, and a drive method therefor. The pixel circuit comprises: a first power source (ELVDD), a second power source (ELVSS), an organic light-emitting diode (OLED), a first capacitor (C), a first transistor (T), a second transistor (T), and a third transistor (T), wherein the first transistor (T) is configured to compensate a threshold voltage of the third transistor (T). According to the drive method, the pixel circuit is driven to emit light by sequentially applying scanning signals to the pixel circuit on scanning lines (Sn, Sn, Sn). The pixel circuit and the method for driving the pixel circuit can improve the response characteristics of active matrix organic light-emitting diodes, thereby enabling the display device to display images having uniform image quality.

Pixel circuit, display device, and drive method therefor

The present invention discloses an organic electroluminescent device and a manufacturing method thereof. The host material of the light-emitting layer of the organic electroluminescent device is material in which the triplet state energy level of the CT excited state is higher than that of the n-&#x3c0; excited state by 0 to 0.3 eV; or the triplet state of the host material of the light-emitting layer is higher than that of the n-&#x3c0; excited state by more than 1.0 eV; in addition, the difference in energy level between the second triplet state of the n-&#x3c0; state and the first singlet state of the CT excited state is &#x2212;0.1 to 0.1 eV; and the luminescent dye is a fluorescent dye. With regard to the organic electroluminescent device in the present invention, as new host material in the light-emitting layer is used and the host material has a donor group and an acceptor group, the triplet state in the light-emitting layer may be fully utilized to achieve a 100% light-emitting efficiency in the fluorescent device. Furthermore, no noble metal is required to be used, thus reducing the cost.

Organic electroluminescent device and method for manufacture thereof

Disclosed are an organic electroluminescent device and a preparation method thereof. The organic electroluminescent device comprises an anode, a hole transport layer, an organic light-emitting layer, an electron transport layer and a cathode. An organic metal complex and an active metal compound are doped in the electron transport layer, wherein the active metal compound is an alkali metal complex, an alkali earth metal complex or a lanthanide metal compound. The preparation method thereof includes the following steps: etching an anode pattern, and evaporating a hole transport layer and an organic light-emitting layer on an ITO glass substrate in order; and co-evaporate an electron transport material, an organic metal complex and an active metal compound to form an electron transport layer; and evaporating a cathode on the electron transport layer.

Organic electroluminescent and preparation method thereof

As in a touch control display device of the present invention, when second electrodes are formed, the second electrodes are connected in series respectively in the horizontal row direction and in the vertical column direction, so as to form a cross network with rows and columns insulated from one another, namely to form a touch control sensing layer. By integrating a touch control function into organic light-emitting diodes, a compact structure of the device is achieved, there is no need to set up a separate touch control component, the light emitting efficiency is high, and the respond speed is fast. As in a preparation method of the touch control display device of the present invention, second electrodes are formed into such a structure that the second electrodes are connected in series respectively in the horizontal row direction and in the vertical column direction, therefore, when organic light-emitting diodes are prepared, a touch control function can be integrated therein at the same time by means of technically mature photo-etching and etching techniques, which is a simple preparation method with low process cost.

Touch control display device and a preparation method thereof

A flexible substrate includes a polymer substrate and a plurality of water and oxygen barrier layers provided on the polymer substrate. A planarization layer is provided between the adjacent water and oxygen barrier layers. The planarization layer includes a plurality of planarization units separated in a first direction and a second direction. A projection of the planarization unit in the planarization layer projected on the polymer substrate covers a gap between projections of adjacent planarization units in an adjacent planarization layer projected on the polymer substrate, and projection regions partially overlap. The adjacent planarization layers can cover the gap between the planarization units to prevent the water and oxygen horizontal from penetrating to ensure that the flexible substrate can be cut into any size within the range lager than the size of the planarization unit.

Flexible substrate

The present invention relates to monochromatic organic light emitting devices. The organic light emitting device includes a substrate, an anode, a cathode and an organic electroluminescent medium disposed between the anode and the cathode, wherein the organic electroluminescent medium includes compound monochromatic luminescent layer; and the compound monochromatic luminescent layer includes host A doped with monochromatic dopant and host B doped with monochromatic dopant, wherein the host A is consisted of two kinds of materials with different transporting characteristics, one is hole-transporting material, and the other is electron-transporting material. In addition, the present invention further relates to white organic light emitting devices, wherein the organic electroluminescent medium is consisted of at least one compound monochromatic luminescent layer, which includes host A doped with monochromatic dopant and host B doped with monochromatic dopant. The present invention provides a design to improve the lifetime of the organic light emitting device markedly.

Organic materials and organic electroluminescent apparatuses using the same are provided. The structural general formula of the materials is shown below, wherein Ar is selected from residues of C6-C30 fused-ring aromatic hydrocarbons, Arand Arare each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C6-C24 aryl, and C6-C24 heterocyclic aryl, and n is an integer selected from 2 and 3. The present organic materials can be used as electron transport layers in the organic electroluminescent apparatuses.

An organic electroluminescence device is provided, which comprises: a lighting region, a wiring region, a bonding region and a wiring extending region (), the lighting region comprises an anode, an organic functional layer, a cathode; the wiring region comprises wirings connecting the anode and cathode with a driving chip or a circuit board; the bonding region is a region in which the wirings connect with the driving chip or the circuit board; the ends of the wirings locate in the wiring extending region, the wirings in the wiring extending region are parallel with the wirings in the wiring region or form an angle with the wirings in the wiring region. A method for testing the organic electroluminescence device is also provided. With improving the wiring arrangement of the organic electroluminescence device, it is easier and more accurate to press bond a conductive adhesive tape and the wirings, and, the row wirings and the column wirings are protected from being shorted during screen testing.
