A EGT valve of the present invention includes: a valve shaft vertically disposed and moving up and down by rotating about a vertical rotational axis; a cylindrical cam integrally fitted around an upper portion of the valve shaft and having a spiral groove on an outer side and a polyhedron at an upper end; a fixed bearing fixed to a side of the cylindrical camp with an end slidably inserted in the spiral groove; a rotary gear having the polyhedron inserted on the rotational axis therein and rotated by a rotary motor; an elevating block disposed at an upper end of the valve shaft passing through the cylindrical cam and pushed upward by the valve shaft when the valve shaft is moved up; a pressing spring applying downward elasticity to the elevating block; a magnet plate fixed to a side of the elevating block; a hall sensor sensing up-down movement of the magnet plate; and a housing keeping the valve shaft, the cylindrical camp, the rotary gear, and the elevating block therein.

Disclosed is a heat exchanger including: a heat exchanger body; a gas inlet for introducing exhaust gas into the heat exchanger body; a coolant inlet for introducing a coolant into the heat exchanger body; a gas outlet for discharging the exhaust gas that is cooled by heat exchange with the coolant; and a coolant outlet for discharging the coolant that completes heat exchange with the exhaust gas. In this case, the heat exchanger body includes: a laminated tube core formed by laminating a plurality of gas channels side by side; a housing formed so as to enclose the laminated tube core except for opposite ends thereof; and a wave fin plate integrally provided with a plurality of wave fins and arranged within each of the gas channels, wherein each of the wave fins includes a fixed pitch section, and a variable pitch section.

Heat exchanger having wave fin plate for reducing EGR gas pressure difference

Wave fins which are disposed inside a heat exchanger housing of a heat exchanger in order to cause a turbulent flow of fluid through direct contact with the fluid. The wave fins include a plurality of hills, a plurality of valleys and a plurality of sidewalls. The hills and valleys are connected to each other via the plurality of sidewalls. The sidewalls partition fluid passages between the hills and the valleys through which fluid passes. The hills, the valleys and the sidewalls form main waveforms that extend in a longitudinal direction so as to be waved in a first radius of curvature. One or more bent portions are formed on intermediate portions of the main waveforms, the bent portions being connected to remaining portions of the main waveforms so as to be bent at a second radius of curvature.

Wave fins

An apparatus for generating superheated vapor using waste heat recovery. A housing has an inlet tank and an outlet tank at both ends. Exhaust gas is introduced through the inlet tank, and is discharged through the outlet tank. A plurality of wave fin structures are disposed inside the housing so as to be spaced apart from each other at predetermined distances in a top-bottom direction, and include a plurality of peaks and a plurality of valleys which are connected in a transverse direction so as to form wave-like structures in a direction in which the exhaust gas flows. A plurality of working fluid tubes alternate with the plurality of wave fin structures. An inlet pipe through which working fluid is introduced and an outlet pipe through which the working fluid is discharged are disposed on a side surface of the housing.
