An exhaust gas dilution device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes a head part, ejector unit, a nozzle part, and a dilution part. The head part has a space part into which an exhaust gas flows and a through-hole formed through the center axis direction to be connected to the space part. The ejector unit is coupled to the head part and has a first discharge hole formed passing through the center axis direction to be connected to the through-hole and connected to a first inlet to which primary dilution air is supplied. The nozzle part is inserted into a first discharge hole through the through-hole and has a second discharge hole that penetrates in the center axis direction so that the exhaust gas flowed into the space part is sucked and ejected into the first discharge hole as the primary dilution air moves through the first discharge hole. The dilution part has a first flow path part into which a primary dilution gas, which is generated and discharged after the exhaust gas and the primary dilution air are mixed in the first discharge hole, flows, and a second flow path part connected to the first flow path part and guiding secondary dilution air to be mixed with the primary dilution gas, and generates a secondary dilution gas as the primary dilution gas and the secondary dilution air are mixed.

Disclosed herein are a method and an apparatus for preparing a metal composite powder by using gas spraying. The method of preparing a metal composite powder by using gas spraying includes introducing a matrix phase in a chamber, including a reinforcing phase in the chamber, melting the introduced matrix phase to form a melt, adding the reinforcing phase in the melt, stirring the melt with the added reinforcing phase to form a melt mixture, atomizing the melt mixture together with a gas to form a metal composite powder containing the reinforcing phase, and collecting the metal composite powder formed.

And, UPC/NPC for the stream of CLP=0+1 cells is performed by PCRA algorithm (Po.sub.+1) for the conventional stream of CLP=0+1 cells, together with the compensation circuit using a single register of the invention. Thus, during the traffic negotiation in which two PCR are defined in ATM networks, MPP for the streams of CLP=0 cells and CLP=0+1 cells can be solved and CLR for the stream of CLP=0 cells is guaranteed.

There is provided a process for producing titanium composite, comprising the steps of: molding titanium powder, titanium alloy powder, or powder comprising titanium into a certain shape by a cold isostatic press or cold press; reacting the shape with hydrocarbon gas at its decomposition temperature or higher, to form TiC therein; and providing the shape with high density by vacuum sintering, hot isostatic pressing, hot forging, hot rolling and/or the combinations thereof. TiC a reinforcing material, is in-situ formed by reacting a cold-pressed body of the powder with hydrocarbon gas and cleaner than the externally added one and distributed more uniformly and finely in the Ti matrix, leading to a significant improvement in wear resistance and high temperature property.
