A coring device, comprising an electronic sub communicated with a ground control system and identifying the position of a core taken underground, a supporting arm sub for fixing the coring device, a rotating sub for rotating a mechanical sub to a specified position to carry out coring by rotating, a hydraulically controlled sub for providing power to the rotating sub and the mechanical sub, a mechanical sub for performing pushing, coring, core folding and core length measurement operations, and a core storage barrel sub for storing a taken core, which are sequentially connected. The rotating sub comprises a rotating shaft, a moving sleeve which sleeves the rotating shaft and is in threaded connection with the rotating shaft, and a fixed housing; the rotating shaft and the moving sleeve are arranged inside the fixed housing, two ends of the rotating shaft respectively extend from two ends of the fixed housing.

Coring device

A hydraulic power system for a downhole device, including a first motor, a first hydraulic pump, a second hydraulic pump, a first main oil circuit, a second main oil circuit, a switching control module and a first execution module. The first motor has a first output shaft which drives the first hydraulic pump and has an oil outlet connected to an input end of the first main oil circuit and a second output shaft which drives the second hydraulic pump and has an oil outlet connected to an input end of the second main oil circuit; the first execution module is connected to an output end of the first main oil circuit; displacement of the first hydraulic pump is smaller than that of the second hydraulic pump; and the switching control module is connected between the first main oil circuit and the second main oil circuit.

A spacer insertion device is disclosed. The spacer insertion device comprises a spacer insertion mechanism fixed on a base body of a core detection device of a coring instrument, wherein the spacer insertion mechanism comprises a slider and a cylinder body, an output end of the cylinder body is connected with the slider, and the slider is slidably connected with the base body to push a spacer to the a core channel provided in the base body and in communication with a core barrel.

Core detection device of coring instrument and spacer insertion device

A downhole oil level detection device includes a mounting housing () and a balance cylinder () installed on the mounting housing (). The balance cylinder () includes a cylinder body () and a moving piston (), a piston tension spring (), a moving rod (), a moving rod compression spring () and a displacement sensor () installed in the cylinder body (). One end of the piston tension spring () is fixed to one end of the cylinder body (), the other end thereof is connected to one side of the moving piston (); one side of the moving piston () is also connected to one end of the moving rod compression spring (), the other end of the moving rod compression spring () is connected to one end of the moving rod (), the other end of the moving rod () is provided with the displacement sensor ().

Downhole oil level detection device

A core detection device of a coring instrument includes a base body and a core switch mechanism provided on the base body. The base body is provided with a core channel communicated with a core barrel. The core switch mechanism includes a detection portion, a connecting rod assembly and a travel switch which are sequentially arranged and connected along a length direction of the coring instrument. The detection portion is rotatably installed on the base body and one end thereof is extended into the core channel, so that a core passing through the core channel pushes the detection portion to rotate. The connecting rod assembly can be pulled by the rotating detection portion to trigger the travel switch to operate. The core switch mechanism adopts a slider-connecting rod structure, and the kinematic pairs are mainly a sliding pair and a rotating pair.
