A transparent display device is provided, which may reduce loss of light transmittance due to a touch sensor and a touch line and may make sure of separating a touch sensor electrode of a touch sensor from a cathode electrode of a light emitting element. The transparent display device includes a substrate provided with a plurality of transmissive areas and a non-transmissive area including a plurality of light emission areas, a plurality of light emitting elements respectively disposed in the plurality of light emission areas on the substrate, including an anode electrode, a light emitting layer and a cathode electrode, a plurality of touch sensors respectively disposed in the plurality of transmissive areas on the substrate, including a touch sensor electrode, and a first undercut structure disposed along an edge of the transmissive area to separate the cathode electrode from the touch sensor electrode, including a plurality of eaves.

Transparent display device

Disclosed is a display device having touch sensors which may improve visibility. In the display device, the touch sensors having a multilayer structure including a blackened layer are arranged on an encapsulation assembly arranged to cover light emitting elements, and touch pads having a multilayer structure including a partially transparent conductive layer are arranged on a region of a substrate exposed by the encapsulation assembly. Therefore, the blackened layer may prevent reflection of external light and thus visibility may be improved, and the partially transparent conductive layer may lower sheet resistance of the touch pads and thus contact resistance between the touch pads and a driver integrated circuit may be reduced.

A thin and lightweight display device is disclosed. An organic light-emitting display device having a touch sensor is configured such that an outer planarization layer fills a space between a plurality of dams, thereby preventing a short circuit between routing lines in the space between the dams, and such that touch electrodes are disposed on an encapsulation structure for encapsulating a light-emitting element, with the result that an additional bonding process is not required, whereby the process is simplified and cost is reduced.

In addition, a bank is disposed to cover a side surface and an upper surface of the auxiliary electrode and a side surface of the anode electrode, whereby damage to the auxiliary electrode and the anode electrode is prevented.

A method for manufacturing a flexible printed circuit board includes preliminarily thermally deforming s substrate through heating, forming a circuit pattern with a conductive paste on the preliminarily thermally deformed substrate, and firing the circuit pattern. A flexible printed circuit board includes a substrate, and a circuit pattern formed by firing a conductive paste on a first surface of the substrate. The substrate is preliminarily thermally deformed and, thus, a shrinkage variation thereof before and after firing the conductive paste is zero. Dimensional stability when firing the circuit pattern printed with the conductive paste can be ensured, deterioration of adhesion between the circuit pattern and the substrate attributable to film deformation upon firing can be prevented, and stable adhesion of the circuit pattern can be maintained even after firing.

An array substrate for a liquid crystal display (LCD) device include: a substrate; a gate line formed in one direction on one surface of the substrate; a data line crossing the gate line to define a pixel area; a thin film transistor (TFT) configured at a crossing of the gate line and the data line; a pixel electrode formed at a pixel region of the substrate; an insulating film formed on the entire surface of the substrate including the pixel electrode and the TFT, including a first insulating film formed of a high temperature silicon nitride film and a second insulating film formed of a low temperature silicon nitride film, and having a contact hole having an undercut shape exposing the pixel electrode; a pixel electrode connection pattern formed within the contact hole having an undercut shape and connected with the pixel electrode and the TFT; and a plurality of common electrodes separately formed on the insulating film.

An apparatus and method for fabricating a flat panel display device are discussed. According to an embodiment, the apparatus includes a coating line configured to form a transparent conductive metal layer on a substrate, a blackening line configured to blacken the transparent conductive metal layer, an exposure line configured to expose the blackened metal layer, a developing line configured to receive the exposed substrate having the blackened metal layer and to perform development on the received substrate to form a blackened metal pattern on the substrate, and an annealing line configured to perform annealing on the blackened metal pattern on the substrate to restore the blackened metal pattern to a transparent metal pattern.

A liquid crystal display device includes a gate electrode; a gate insulating layer on the gate electrode; an active layer on the gate insulating layer corresponding to the gate electrode; source and drain electrodes on the active layer; a first passivation layer on the source and drain electrodes; a common electrode on the first passivation layer; a second passivation layer on the common electrode, covering the common electrode, and having a separate region from the first passivation layer at a thickness of the common electrode; a pixel electrode on the second passivation layer and connected to the drain electrode through a drain contact hole; and a common line at a same layer as the pixel electrode and connected to the common electrode.
