A heating device for blocking flow of air if the inside of a cartridge enters a negative-pressure state is provided. The device includes a cartridge upper plate having a fluid-guide member for guiding the flow of a fluid; a cartridge lower plate having an inlet, an outlet and another fluid-guide member positioned spaced apart from the fluid-guide member of the cartridge upper plate; a heater disposed between the cartridge upper plate and the lower plate and heating the fluid being guided by the fluid-guide members; air filters positioned outside the fluid-guide members and discharging air bubbles in the heated fluid into the atmosphere; and extension units which are provided on the cartridge upper and lower plates having film members and outflow and discharge passages and that keep the flow of fluid normal in the positive-pressure state and block the fluid movement pathway if a negative pressure occurs inside the cartridge.

Optical filter

A light irradiation apparatus and a method of manufacture a photo-aligning layer are disclosed. A mask included in a light irradiation apparatus according to one embodiment is configured to irradiate the light having straightness at a high level of illumination to a subject that is apart from the mask with a certain distance. A photo-aligning layer with a desired alignment pattern can be fabricated using the mask.

A mask and an optical filter manufacturing apparatus having the same are provided. The optical filter manufacturing apparatus includes a roll used in a roll-to-roll process, a base film wound around the roll, a light source that generates light for exposure, a polarizing plate that is installed at an emission side of the light source and polarizes light generated from the light source, and a mask that causes a pattern to be formed on the base film and includes a plurality of guide slits that are opened to have a predetermined thickness and a predetermined width. According to the present invention, the entire surface of the base film can be irradiated with a uniform light quantity. Thus, a pattern can be uniformly formed on the base film, the quality of a product can be improved, and the characteristics of the base film can be accurately realized.

Mask and optical filter manufacturing apparatus including the same

The present invention relates to a composition comprising a curable dichroic dye and a curable liquid crystal compound, which are used to prepare an optical component that is vertically oriented to give a narrow viewing angle, to form an optical component, and an optical component comprising an optical component layer prepared using the same. There is provided a composition for forming an optical component comprising 0.1-90 parts by weight of a dichroic dye and 10-98.85 parts by weight of a curable liquid crystal compound, and there is also provided an optical component comprising an optical component layer in which a curable liquid crystal compound and a curable dichroic dye are vertically oriented. The optical component comprising an optical component layer in which a curable dichroic dye and a curable liquid crystal compound are vertically oriented and which is made of the composition comprising a curable dichroic dye and a curable liquid crystal compound for forming an optical component has excellent physical properties such as heat resistance, durability to high temperature and high moisture, vertical orientation and dichroic ratio, and also adjust a narrow viewing angle. The durability in the high temperature and high moisture is due to the cross linking shape of the optical component layer.
