A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device includes alternately stacking mold insulating layers and sacrificial layers on a substrate; forming channel holes penetrating through the mold insulating layers and the sacrificial layers and allowing recessed regions to be formed in the substrate; cleaning a surface of the recessed regions in such a manner that processes of forming a first protective layer in an upper region of the channel holes and performing an anisotropic dry etching process on the recessed regions in a lower portion of the channel holes are alternately repeated one or more times, in-situ; and forming epitaxial layers on the recessed regions of the substrate.

Steam generation apparatus using induction heating and oven including the same

A cooking apparatus to effectively agitate and evenly distribute high-temperature air into a cooking chamber by use of a single driving fan and a plurality of driven fans. The cooking apparatus includes the cooking chamber, the driving fan arranged at a rear wall of the cooking chamber, a convection heater to surround the driving fan, the plurality of driven fans arranged on a circumference of the driving fan, and a fan cover having a plurality of suction holes and discharge holes. The driving fan is connected with a drive motor to rotate in accordance with an operation of the drive motor. The driven fans rotate by use of air streams generated when the driving fan rotates. The high-temperature air is evenly agitated in accordance with the rotation of the driven fans to be distributed into the cooking chamber via the discharge holes in all directions.

A grill cooker that efficiently cools a grilling unit to prevent food from sticking to the grilling unit, and a multipurpose cooking apparatus in which the grill cooker is installed. The grill cooker includes a grilling unit on an upper portion of a cabinet, an air cooling unit on an outside of the cabinet, and a connection member on the upper portion of the cabinet. The grilling unit includes a grilling pipe having an inlet and an outlet. The air cooling unit includes a blowing fan and an air discharging pipe. The connection member has a tapered hole. The inlet of the grilling pipe is connected to an upper portion of the tapered hole, and the air discharging pipe is connected to a lower end of the tapered hole. The grill cooker is removably set in a recess in an upper portion of the multipurpose cooking apparatus.

A modular grill cooker that is easily installed in a multipurpose cooking apparatus, including an outer casing and an inner casing set in the outer casing. A heating unit is mounted to a heat reflecting plate fastened to the inner casing. A grilling unit is seated on a frame provided along upper edges of the inner and outer casings. An elastic piece is fitted over a projection on a back surface of the heating unit to mount the heating unit to the heat reflecting plate. A grease collecting unit is set in the inner casing to collect grease therein and reflect heat onto the grilling unit. First and second contact terminals are respectively provided on the outer casing and on the multipurpose cooking apparatus to supply electricity to the heating unit when the grill cooker is installed in the multipurpose cooking apparatus.
