The probe card includes a circuit board, a support located under the circuit board, and a plurality of probe needles located on a bottom surface of the support. Each of the probe needles has a tip configured to contact a side surface of a bump included in a test target. The support may include a stress absorption layer located on a bottom surface to which the probe needles are connected. Manufacturing of semiconductor devices may comprise forming elongated conductive bumps on a body of a semiconductor device, testing the semiconductor device by contacting tips of the probe needles to sides surfaces of the bumps and packaging of the semiconductor device.

Disclosed are a film for forming a composite material, which is capable of improving impregnation properties by using a carrier film on which a low viscosity resin layer is formed, and a method for manufacturing a composite material using the same. The film for forming a composite material, according to the present invention, comprises: a continuous fibrous layer; and a carrier film which is adhered to any one side of the continuous fibrous layer and has a low viscosity resin layer formed on the adhered side of the continuous fibrous layer. Thus, the present invention provides the advantage of having a composite material with excellent impregnation properties and excellent mechanical performance.

The present disclosure relates to a bumper back beam to be disposed inside a bumper cover, for reducing impact from outside the bumper cover. The bumper back beam includes a body including a synthetic resin, and a fiber composite reinforcing material including a hollow section. The fiber composite reinforcing material is fastened inside the body. The bumper back beam has high reliability, by having excellent ability to absorb impact energy because cracks almost do not occur during collision since it not only provides satisfactory strength and stiffness but also has high elongation with synthetic resin and fiber composite reinforcing materials generating synergies, and especially by having excellent impact resistance since fiber composite reinforcing materials take the shape of a hollow section.
