The device includes a first fixed-bed hydrate reactor, a second fixed-bed hydrate reactor, a solution circulation system, a gas inlet system and an exhaust system; the first fixed-bed hydrate reactor and the second fixed-bed hydrate reactor are respectively connected in series with the gas inlet system, the exhaust system and the solution circulation system, and are connected in parallel; the refrigerant fluid and the heat medium fluid output by a compression-refrigeration system alternately flow into a heat exchange coil of the first fixed-bed hydrate reactor and a heat exchange coil of the second fixed-bed hydrate reactor, and the two fixed-bed hydrate reactors are alternately subjected to hydrate formation and decomposition reactions to realize continuous COcapture and separation.

Disclosed is a disentangled personalized federated learning method via consensus representation extraction and diversity propagation provided by embodiments of the present application. The method includes: receiving, by a current node, local consensus representation extraction models and unique representation extraction models corresponding to other nodes, respectively; extracting, by the current node, the representations of the data of the current node by using the unique representation extraction models of other nodes respectively, and calculating first mutual information between different sets of representation distributions, determining similarity of the data distributions between the nodes based on the size of the first mutual information, and determining aggregation weights corresponding to the other nodes based on the first mutual information; the current node obtains the global consensus representation aggregation model corresponding to the current node.

Disentangled personalized federated learning method via consensus representation extraction and diversity propagation

Disclosed is a method for updating a node model that resists discrimination propagation in federated learning. The method includes: obtaining a node model corresponding to a data node; calculating a mean value of the distribution of class features and a quantity ratio corresponding to training data of the data node, calculating a distribution weighted aggregation model based on the node model, the mean value of the distribution of class features and the quantity ratio; calculating a regularization term corresponding to the data node based on the node model and the distribution weighted aggregation model; calculating a variance of the distribution of the class features corresponding to the data node, calculating a class balanced complementary term by using a cross-domain feature generator; and updating the node model based on the distribution weighted aggregation model, the regularization term, and the class balanced complementary term.

Embodiments include processes, systems, and devices that allow a white space base station to request available frequency ranges for white space transmission in a local area. A white space finder service models a primary user device's transmission signal propagation area using terrain data associated with the local area of the primary user device. The white space finder service also determines, based on the location of the white space base station and the modeled propagation area, one or more locally available, non-interfering frequency ranges and provides them to the white space base station. The white space base station compares the provided frequency ranges to policies and selects one or more of the available frequencies that accommodate the policies. The white space base station also maps the transmission frequency ranges to virtual frequency ranges for transmission by a software-defined radio employing spectrum virtualization.

In the transmission path, a spectrum virtualization layer maps a plurality of frequency components derived from a transmission symbol produced by a physical layer protocol to sub-carriers of the allocated physical frequency band. The spectrum virtualization layer then outputs a time-domain signal derived from the mapped frequency components. In the receive path, a time-domain signal received on the physical baseband is reshaped by the virtual spectrum layer in order to recompose a time-domain symbol in the virtual baseband.

In the transmission path, a spectrum virtualization layer maps a plurality of transmission components associated with a transmission symbol produced by a physical layer protocol to sub-carriers of the allocated physical frequency band. The spectrum virtualization layer then outputs a physical transmission symbol composed of time-domain samples derived from the mapped frequency components and a cyclic prefix. In the context of IEEE 802.11 WLAN networks, enhancement to the Relaxed Deterministic Backoff (R-DEB) for random access of shared (Medium Access Control MAC) method. For all available candidate resource slots, a busy index is calculated that reflects the level of use/occupation in the past and infers a probability of use in the future by another concurring device. The method assumes the use of a sub-set of resource slots for transmission, and updates this set by replacing resource slots for which collisions are frequent with a not currently used candidate resource for which the busy index is the lowest. Passive Spoofing/overhearing of all resources for clear channel assessment (CCS) is used for resource monitoring purposes.
