An organic light-emitting display device is disclosed. Organic light-emitting display device and method of manufacturing the same

An organic light emitting diode (OLED) lighting apparatus is disclosed. In one embodiment, the apparatus includes i) a substrate main body including a light emitting area and a sealing area surrounding the light emitting area, ii) an OLED disposed on the light emitting area of the substrate main body, iii) a sealant disposed on the sealing area of the substrate main body and iv) an encapsulation substrate encapsulating the OLED, wherein the encapsulation substrate comprises first and second surfaces opposing each other. The apparatus may further include a heat dissipating wire configured to dissipate heat generated by the OLED. The heat dissipating wire includes a heat absorption portion disposed on the first surface of the encapsulation substrate and contacting the sealant, a heat dissipating portion disposed on the second surface, and a coupling portion interconnecting the absorption portion and the heat dissipating portion.

Organic light emitting diode lighting apparatus

An organic electroluminescent device comprising an organic layer is provided. The organic layer is an electron transport layer comprising an electron transport material and a blue emission material. This electron transport layer causes an increase in the blue emission efficiency and lifespan of the organic electroluminescent device while improving efficiency in red and green ranges, a driving voltage, a color coordinate, and the lifespan of the organic electroluminescent device are not changed.

When the RFID tag detects an approach of an RFID interrogator, the RFID tag requests a CPU of the smart card to perform the RFID function. Thus, the CPU of the smart card transmits a mode transition signal to a processor of the mobile terminal in order to indicate a mode transition into an RFID mode. Then, the RFID function is carried out.
