Disclosed are an aluminum separator for a fuel cell and a manufacturing method thereof, in which a coating layer is formed on a surface of the aluminum separator, thus increasing thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity as well as corrosion resistance. The aluminum separator includes a separator substrate provided in a separator shape using aluminum; and a coating layer formed on a surface of the separator substrate by coating with a composite material composed of graphene and a radical scavenger.

An air conditioner includes a body including an air inlet configured to receive air from an air compressor configured to press and transfer the air to provide the air to a cathode of a fuel cell stack. An air element is configured to supply the air to the cathode, and an inner space allows the air inlet and the air outlet to communicate with each other. A plurality of tubes is provided in the inner space of the body and through which fluid flows along hollows holes of the tubes. While the air supplied through the air inlet passes through the inner space, the air is cooled through heat exchange with the fluid flowing along the hollows of the tubes.

A system and device for water evaporation of a fuel cell, and a control method thereof, are disclosed. The system includes a stack provided in a fuel cell vehicle to produce electric power. The system includes an injection member connected to the stack. The injection member retains water generated in the stack, and injects water at high pressure and evaporates injected water particles. The system includes a compressor that supplies high-temperature air to the injection member. Even when the fuel cell vehicle is cold-started, evaporation is enabled through water injection to directly cool air supplied to the stack. Water is evaporated even without a humidifier so that performance of the fuel cell system may be enhanced, while reducing cost.

A manifold device of a fuel cell stack is provided which prevents moisture condensed in gases supplied to the fuel cell stack from excessively flowing into specific cells of the stack by heating gases supplied into the stack using heat of the stack. The manifold device also prevents flooding that is caused by liquid generated in cells disposed away from a gas inlet by removing a flow rate difference of gases generated in respective cells based on distances from the gas inlet of the stack.

Color changeable hydrogen detection sensor based on molybdenum oxide and method of manufacturing the same

A humidifier for a fuel cell system is provided to improve humidification efficiency of a hollow fiber improving a gas flow inside a membrane module into which tube side air and moist air are introduced. The humidifier includes a membrane module in which hollow fibers are fixed inside a case in a bundle form and a first manifold and a second manifold each assembled at both ends of the case. An inside of the membrane module includes a tube side air supply tube which forms a gas flow in the same direction as the hollow fiber and one side of the tube side air supply tube includes at least one moist air pumping part configured to suction moist air flowing in an exterior of the tube side air supply tube by a flow velocity and a flow pressure of tube side air.

A fuel cell is provided which comprises a plurality of manifolds at a first end and a second end of the fuel cell and a separator having passages between the first and the second ends of the fuel cell. In particular, the fuel cell includes a nozzle disposed between at least one of the plurality of manifolds and the passages and having an inlet into which a material is introduced from the at least one of the plurality of manifolds and an outlet from which the introduced material is discharged to the passages.

A hydrogen feed and recirculation device for a fuel cell system supplies hydrogen from a hydrogen tank and unreacted recirculated hydrogen discharged from a stack to the stack. The hydrogen feed and recirculation device can supply hydrogen to the stack through a first nozzle when hydrogen supply pressure is low and supply the hydrogen to the stack through a second nozzle using a Coanda Effect other than the first nozzle when the hydrogen supply pressure is high to satisfy a required hydrogen supply amount through an entire operating area of the fuel cell and prevent nozzle vibration and noise generation.

Disclosed herein is a hydrogen detecting sensor that includes a sulfide-metal catalyst, such that hydrogen gas can be detected visibly with naked eyes. Particularly, the hydrogen detecting sensor includes a substrate, a sulfide layer formed on the substrate and chemically discolored when exposed to hydrogen, and a metal catalytic layer formed on the sulfide layer.
