Display device and tiled display device including the same

A display device includes a substrate including a first surface, a second surface opposite the first surface, a first chamfered surface extending from a side of the first surface, a second chamfered surface extending from a side of the second surface, and a first side surface connecting the first chamfered surface and the second chamfered surface, a plurality of subpixels on the first surface, a side wiring on the first surface, the first chamfered surface, the first side surface, the second chamfered surface, and the second surface of the substrate, and a circuit board on the second surface. A display device includes: a substrate; fan-out lines on the substrate; signal lines on the substrate, and spaced from the fan-out lines; and connection lines connecting the fan-out lines to the signal lines. The fan-out lines include: first fan-out lines of a first fan-out group; and second fan-out lines of a second fan-out group adjacent to the first fan-out group. An outermost first fan-out line of the first fan-out group that is located closest to the second fan-out group and an outermost second fan-out line of the second fan-out group that is located closest to the first fan-out group are connected to signal lines from among the signal lines, respectively, and a distance between the outermost first fan-out line and the outermost second fan-out line is greater than a distance between the signal lines respectively connected to the outermost first fan-out line and the outermost second fan-out line.

A display device includes a common voltage line disposed on a substrate, a passivation layer disposed on the common voltage line, a connection electrode disposed on the passivation layer and electrically connected to the common voltage line, a pixel definition layer disposed on the connection electrode and including a first opening, an emission layer disposed on the pixel definition layer, and a common electrode disposed on the emission layer and electrically connected to the connection electrode through the first opening, wherein the passivation layer includes a second opening surrounding the first opening.

The light emitting layer is on the first electrode, and the second electrode is on the light emitting layer. The reflective pattern is in the reflective pattern opening and spaced from the second electrode in the first area.
