According to one embodiment, a camera holder has a universal head, a fixing member, a fall prevention member, and a coupling member. A camera is attached to the universal head. The universal head is able to adjust a tilting angle of the camera. The fixing member is detachably adsorbed to a vehicle body. The fixing member fixes the universal head to the vehicle body such that a horizontal image capturing angle of the camera attached to the universal head is able to be adjusted. The fall prevention member has an adsorption portion. The adsorption portion is detachably attached to a place spaced apart from an attachment place of the fixing member and on an upper surface of the vehicle body in front of the fixing member. A coupling member causes the fixing member and the fall prevention member to be coupled to each other.

According to one embodiment, a road surface management system inputs image data of road surface and capturing information of each of the image data and registers them. The image data are collected by repeatedly capturing a same route at predetermined distance. The capturing information includes information of a location and time at time of capturing. The system selects old and new images at a same spot from the registered image data, performs an association process, extracts an original image which is an old image at an arbitrary spot and a target image which is a new image associated with the original image unit based on the result of the association process, and outputs the original image and the target image.

According to an embodiment, a captured image check system includes a camera, an image data input unit, a camera view angle judge processor, a road surface state analysis judge processor, and an output unit. The camera photographs a road surface. The image data input unit inputs image data to be used for analyzing a state of the road surface. The camera view angle judge processor performs a judge process of determining whether or not an angle of view of the camera satisfies a first condition for analyzing the state of the road surface on the basis of the image data. The road surface state analysis judge processor performs a judge process of determining whether or not a second condition for analyzing the state of the road surface is satisfied on the basis of image data of the road surface. The output unit outputs results of the judge processes.

According to one embodiment, an image feature emphasis device, a road surface feature analysis device, an image feature emphasis method, and a road surface feature analysis method which can improve the accuracy of detection of features of a road surface in a road surface image are provided. The image feature emphasis device includes a region acquirer and an image feature emphasis processor. The region acquirer acquires a region of a road surface portion from an image that has been captured. The image feature emphasis processor emphasizes a feature of the acquired region of the road surface portion by changing brightness values in the region of the road surface portion on the basis of a maximum brightness value and a minimum brightness value in the region of the road surface portion.

A crack analysis device includes a captured image acquiring unit, a crack detecting unit, and a crack ratio calculator. The captured image acquiring unit acquires a captured image which is obtained by imaging a road surface. The crack detecting unit detects cracks in the imaged road surface on the basis of the captured image. The crack ratio calculator calculates a crack ratio indicating a ratio of an area of the cracks to a predetermined area on the basis of the detected cracks.

To provide a crack analysis device, a crack analysis method, and a crack analysis program capable of correctly evaluating deterioration in a road surface. A crack analysis device includes an image acquisition unit, a crack detector, and a display. The image acquisition unit acquires an image of a road surface. The crack detector detects cracks in which a closed region is formed on the photographed road surface based on the photographed image. The display displays a detection result of the detected cracks; and the crack detector detects the cracks which intersect each other on the road surface to form the closed region.
