An illumination apparatus includes: a light emitter which emits first illumination light that is illumination light for illuminating a display, wherein the first illumination light has a correlated color temperature in a range from 4000 K to 5800 K, and u'v&#x2032; chromaticity coordinates in an XYZ colorimetric system in a range which satisfies 0.7125u&#x2032;+0.3284&#x3c;v&#x2032;&#x3c;0.7125u&#x2032;+0.3339.

Illumination apparatus and illumination control system

A vehicle front lamp that emits light forward includes a first light emitter that emits first emission light having a correlated color temperature of at least 3000 K and at most 7000 K, and a second light emitter that emits second emission light having a correlated color temperature of at least 3000 K and at most 7000 K. The chroma value of the first emission light is lower than the chroma value of the second emission light. The chroma value of each of the first emission light and the second emission light is derived by using the calculation method stipulated in The CIE 1997 Interim Color Appearance Model (Simple Version). The second emission light is emitted far ahead and the first emission light is emitted onto a road surface ahead, when the vehicle front lamp is mounted on a vehicle.

Vehicle front lamp

An LED lamp provides a strong red color with a natural appearance. The LED lamp is provided with an LED module and a filter. The LED module includes a blue LED with a main emission peak in the 440 nm to 460 nm wavelength band, a green/yellow phosphor that is excited by light emitted by the blue LED, and a red phosphor that is excited by light emitted by at least one of the blue LED and the green/yellow phosphor. The filter reduces the spectral radiation intensity of at least a portion of the 570 nm to 590 nm wavelength band among light emitted by the LED module.

LED lamp, LED illumination device, and LED module

A lighting apparatus is provided. The lighting apparatus includes a first light source module and a second light source module surrounding the first light source module. A half beam angle of the first light source module is smaller than a half beam angle of the second light source module. A correlated color temperature of light from the first light source module is higher than a correlated color temperature of light from the second light source module.

Lighting apparatus with lower color temperature lighting to a peripheral region

A lighting apparatus includes a light emitter that emits a first illumination light as a display illumination light. The optical characteristics of the first illumination light are: a correlated color temperature in a range from 3800 K to 6500 K, inclusive; chromaticity deviation Duv in a range from &#x2212;9 to 0, inclusive; and an intrinsic photosensitive retinal ganglion cell (ipRGC) stimulus level of at least 0.6, the ipRGC stimulus level being a value standardized by setting an ipRGC stimulus level of light emitted from a D65 light source to 1.

Lighting apparatus for display illumination

A lighting apparatus includes first light emitting elements and second light emitting elements, and a control circuit. The first light emitting elements the second light emitting elements are dispersedly disposed in a predetermined region. The first light emitting elements are more densely disposed in a periphery portion than in a center portion of the predetermined region. The second light emitting elements are more densely disposed in the center portion than in the periphery portion of the predetermined region.

An illumination system includes: a seat in a mobile body; a table to be positioned in front of a passenger when the passenger is seated on the seat; a first light source which illuminates the table; and a second light source which illuminates a region closer to the passenger than to the table. When a distance from the first light source to the table is equal to a distance from the second light source to a virtual irradiated surface, an illuminance on the table irradiated by the first light source is lower than an illuminance on the virtual irradiated surface irradiated by the second light source.

Illumination system, mobile body, and lighting control method

A lighting apparatus includes: first light emitting elements; second light emitting elements having chromaticity values in a same chromaticity range as the first light emitting elements; and a control circuit including a mode switch for controlling the first light emitting elements and the second light emitting elements separately. The control circuit selectively executes a first mode which causes the first light emitting elements to emit light and a second mode which causes the first light emitting elements and the second light emitting elements to emit light. The mode switch switches between the first mode and the second mode.

A luminaire includes a light source unit. The light source unit is configured to irradiate light having a correlated color temperature between 2600 K and 4500 K, a chromaticity deviation Duv between &#x2212;1.6 and &#x2212;12, and a general color rendering index Ra of 80 or more.

Luminaire

An illumination apparatus includes a first LED, a second LED, and a control unit. The first LED emits white light. The second LED emits white light having a correlated color temperature lower than that of the white light emitted from the first LED and a chromaticity deviation Duv higher than that of the white light emitted from the first LED. The control unit changes a light output ratio of the first LED and the second LED. The first LED emits the white light of the correlated color temperature ranging from 1563K to 4500K and the chromaticity deviation Duv ranging from &#x2212;1.6 to &#x2212;12. The second LED emits the white light of the correlated color temperature ranging from 1563K to 4500K and the chromaticity deviation Duv ranging from +10 to &#x2212;1.6.

Illumination apparatus

A lighting device is provided with an LED light source including a light bulb color LED, a blue LED, and a green LED. The light bulb color LED has a peak wavelength in the range from 580 to 630 nm and a half width at the peak wavelength in the range from 120 nm to 175 nm. The light bulb color LED is specified by Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) Z9112. The blue LED has a peak wavelength in the range from 450 nm to 480 nm. The green LED has a peak wavelength in the range from 500 nm to 530 nm.

Lighting device

In a lens-mounted light emitting unit comprising LED elements of multiple light colors, narrow-angle light distribution is enabled, and color mixing properties are improved. The lens-mounted light emitting unit comprises LED elements of multiple light colors placed on a base plate, and a lens unit having a shape of a body of revolution to color-mix and emit the light from the LED elements. Assuming an arbitrary contact point between the side incident surface and the upper incident surface of the lens unit, and that light from an LED element farthest from the contact point is refracted at the contact point to form a light path intersecting the emitting surface at an intersection point, the emitting surface inside a circle formed by continuously connecting such intersection points has a diffusion angle larger than the diffusion angle of the emitting surface outside the circle. This enables narrow-angle light distribution, and makes it possible to improve color mixing properties.

Lens-mounted light emitting unit

A backlight apparatus comprises a light source that is composed of a combination of a blue light emitting device, a green light emitting phosphor, and a red light emitting phosphor. The blue light emitting device has a peak intensity of a light emitting spectrum 3 to 19 times as high as the green light emitting phosphor.
