A hydraulic excavator drive system includes: a first pump that supplies hydraulic oil to a boom cylinder via a boom control valve, and supplies the hydraulic oil to a bucket cylinder via a first bucket control valve; a second pump that supplies the hydraulic oil to an arm cylinder via an arm control valve; a third pump that supplies the hydraulic oil to a slewing motor via a slewing control valve, and supplies the hydraulic oil to the bucket cylinder via a second bucket control valve; and a controller that moves one of the first bucket control valve and the second bucket control valve when a bucket excavating operation or a bucket dumping operation is performed concurrently with another operation, and moves both the first bucket control valve and the second bucket control valve when a bucket excavating operation is performed alone.

Hydraulic excavator drive system

A hydraulic drive system of a construction machine includes: a boom control valve connected to a boom cylinder by a boom raising supply line and a boom lowering supply line; a pump that sucks hydraulic oil through a suction line, and delivers the hydraulic oil through a delivery line; a regenerative valve that brings the boom raising supply line and the suction line into communication with each other through a regenerative line when a boom lowering operation is performed; and a controller that controls an accumulator switching valve. The controller: switches the accumulator switching valve to a pressure accumulation position when a pressure accumulation condition is satisfied; switches the accumulator switching valve to a pressure release position when a pressure release condition is satisfied; and switches the accumulator switching valve to a neutral position when neither the pressure accumulation condition nor the pressure release condition is satisfied.

Hydraulic drive system of construction machine

A controller unit is included in a liquid-pressure driving system for use in a working machine configured to supply an operating liquid to an actuator to move a structural body by the actuator. The controller unit includes: a gyro sensor configured to output a signal corresponding to an operation velocity of the structural body; and a controller configured to control a flow rate of the operating liquid supplied to the actuator, based on the signal output from the gyro sensor and corresponding to the operation velocity of the structural body, wherein: the controller is attached to the structural body; and the gyro sensor is incorporated in the controller.

Controller unit and liquid-pressure driving system

A drive control system includes an electric motor, a capacitor, a revolution sensor, a driving device, and a control device. The driving device causes the capacitor to supply electric power to the electric motor to operate the electric motor and causes the capacitor to store the electric power, generated by the electric motor, to brake a turning body. The driving device configured as above is driven by driving electric power supplied from the capacitor. When a charging stop condition is satisfied, the control device stops the driving electric power supplied from the capacitor to the driving device. The charging stop condition is a condition that a turning speed detected by the revolution sensor is a predetermined speed or less while the turning body is decelerating.

A bi-directional pump connected to a motor by a pair of supply/discharge lines; a regulator changes the bi-directional pump tilting angle; and a controller controls the regulator based on a turning signal outputted from a turning operation valve. At the turning acceleration, at which the signal increases, the controller calculates a motor flow rate passing through the motor and an instruction flow rate determined based on the turning signal. If the instruction flow rate is greater than a reference flow rate obtained by adding a predetermined value to the motor flow rate, the controller controls the regulator so the bi-directional pump tilting angle is adjusted to a tilting angle realizing the reference flow rate. If the instruction flow rate is not greater than the reference flow rate, the controller controls the regulator so the bi-directional pump tilting angle is adjusted to a tilting angle realizing the instruction flow rate.

A pump that supplies hydraulic oil to a boom cylinder and a turning hydraulic motor; a regenerative hydraulic motor is coupled to the pump and to which the hydraulic oil discharged from the boom cylinder at a time of boom lowering and/or the hydraulic oil discharged from the turning hydraulic motor at a time of turning deceleration is/are led; an engine drives the pump; an alternator mounted to the engine and operable to rotate an output shaft of the engine when electric power is supplied to the alternator; an electrical storage device connected to the alternator; a power converter interposed between the alternator and the electrical storage device; and a controller that switches the power converter to either a servo-on state or a servo-off state and that controls the power converter either in a charging mode or in a discharging mode when switching the power converter to the servo-on state.

An oil-pressure driving system includes a variable displacement oil-pressure pump, a tilting angle adjuster, an electric motor, and a control device. In the control device, a target assist torque calculating portion calculates a target assist torque, a first torque limiting portion limits the target assist torque to an output value that is a virtual limit value or less, and a drive control portion controls the electric motor such that the electric motor outputs a command torque corresponding to the output value. Further, in the control device, a torque deficiency calculating portion calculates a torque deficiency by subtracting the output value from the target assist torque, a tilting angle calculating portion calculates a tilting angle command value by which the output torque of the oil-pressure pump is reduced by the torque deficiency, and a tilting angle control portion outputs a tilt signal corresponding to the tilting angle command value to the tilting angle adjuster.

Liquid-pressure driving system

A drive control system of a hydraulic excavator includes a control device. When accelerating a turning body to a target turning speed, the drive control device controls an operation of the electric motor driving device such that the electric motor outputs high efficiency torque by which a highest electric power efficiency is obtained at the target turning speed. The control device controls an operation of an oil pressure supply device such that residual torque obtained by subtracting the high efficiency torque from target torque is output from an oil-pressure motor.

In drive control of an operating machine configured to drive a structure by a hydraulic motor configured to be driven by operating oil supplied from a hydraulic pump an electric motor configured to cooperate with the hydraulic motor, a speed command generated based on a manipulation amount of a remote control valve configured to determine an operation amount of the structure is subjected to speed feedback control performed based on the actual rotation speed of the hydraulic motor and pressure difference feedback control performed based on an operating oil pressure difference between a suction port and discharge port of the hydraulic motor. With this, a tilting angle command is generated such that the operating oil, the amount of which is necessary at the actual rotation speed of the hydraulic motor, is ejected, and the tilting angle of the hydraulic pump is controlled.

Drive control method of operating machine

In drive control of an operating machine configured to drive a structure by a hydraulic motor configured to be driven by operating oil supplied from a hydraulic pump through a control valve and an electric motor configured to cooperate with the hydraulic motor, a speed command generated based on a manipulation amount of a remote control valve configured to determine an operation amount of the structure is subjected to speed feedback control performed based on an actual rotation speed of the hydraulic motor and pressure difference feedback control performed based on an operating oil pressure difference between a suction port and discharge port of the hydraulic motor.

A drive controller of an operating machine configured to drive a structure by a hydraulic motor and an electric motor includes: a remote control valve configured to determine the operation amount of the structure; an electric motor torque calculation portion configured to calculate torque of the electric motor; a hydraulic motor torque calculation portion configured to calculate torque of the hydraulic motor; a controller configured to transmit an opening position control signal to the control valve based on the operation amount determined by the remote control valve such that torque necessary to drive the structure is obtained from the torque of the electric motor and the torque of the hydraulic motor; and solenoid-operated reducing valves and each configured to reduce a pilot pressure, to be applied to the control valve, based on the opening position control signal output from the controller.
