A seal structure of a battery pack includes a tray for storing a battery cell therein, a cover covering the tray, and a gasket pressure contacted with a seal surface of the tray and a seal surface of the cover so as to close a clearance between the seal surfaces. The gasket is held at a position different from positions of the seal surfaces.

Seal structure of battery pack

A battery pack includes battery modules. The battery modules are arranged adjacent to each other in a vehicle anteroposterior direction in such a manner that a longitudinal direction of each battery module corresponds to a vehicle width direction. Bus bars for electrically connecting in series positive and negative electrode terminals of the adjacent battery modules include outer bus bars in an outer part in the vehicle width direction, and inner bus bars in a center part in the vehicle width direction. The outer bus bars are provided so as not to protrude from upper faces of the battery modules thereby to interconnect the electrode terminals of the adjacent battery modules, and the inner bus bars are provided so as to pass above the upper faces of the battery modules thereby to interconnect the electrode terminals of the adjacent battery modules.

Battery pack

A battery case comprises: a battery tray formed from a resin, the battery tray having a bottom wall on which batteries are mounted, and a peripheral side wall which surrounds the periphery of the bottom wall; and a battery cover which covers the battery tray. A flange portion is provided on the upper surface of the peripheral side wall, and a metallic housing-shaped frame is provided beside the outer wall of the battery tray. The flange portion and the battery cover are fixed onto the upper surface of the metallic housing-shaped frame by fastening members.

Battery case

A battery container which is to house a battery for a vehicle and which is to be attached between at least two frames disposed in the vehicle, includes: a bottom plate; a wall member which is raised from a circumference of the bottom plate and which includes a side wall member disposed along the frames; an outer frame which is attached to an outer side of the side wall member; and an inner frame which is attached to an inner side of the side wall member. The outer frame and the inner frame are extended in a substantially same direction along the side wall member, and the side wall member is clampingly held between the outer frame and the inner frame.

Battery container

A door construction includes a door, comprising an outer panel, and adapted to cover an opening formed in a vehicle body; a side impact bar, disposed in an interior of the door, and extending in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle body; a window regulator, disposed in the interior of the door, and operable to raise and lower a window glass; and a plate-shaped member, disposed in the interior of the door, and adapted to support the window regulator. The plate-shaped member is connected to the side impact bar. The plate-shaped member has a shape following the outer panel. A width of the side impact bar and a width of the window regulator are overlapped with each other in a width direction of the vehicle body.

Door construction

A door structure includes a door for opening and closing a door opening formed in a vehicle body. The door has a side impact bar extending in the backward and forward direction of the vehicle body and a window regulator for lifting and lowering a glass of the door. The window regulator is mounted on the side impact bar and is disposed within a sectional width area of the side impact bar in a vehicle width direction.

Door structure

A door structure of a vehicle, having an effective space within a vehicle compartment increased, is provided. The door structure has a carrier plate () fixed to an inner panel () for closing an opening portion () formed in the inner panel (); and a plurality of trim members () for covering an inside of the carrier plate () within a vehicle compartment, the plurality of trim members () including a belt line trim () disposed along a belt line in an upper end portion of the inner panel (), a pocket trim () disposed in the vicinity of a lower portion of the inner panel (), and an arm rest trim () disposed between the belt line trim () and the pocket trim ().
