A gas fuel injection valve is provided in which a single nozzle member () is fixedly provided in a front end part of a valve housing (), and this nozzle member () has formed therein a valve seat (), a valve hole () extending through a central part of the valve seat (), a throttle hole () having a smaller diameter than that of the valve hole () and communicating with an outlet of the valve hole (), and a nozzle hole () having a larger diameter than that of the throttle hole () and communicating with an outlet of the throttle hole (), wherein when an internal diameter of the throttle hole () is D, a length of the hole () is L, an internal diameter of the nozzle hole () is D, and a length of the nozzle hole () is L1/1&#x3e;1&#x2003;&#x2003;(1)1&#x3c;2/1&#x2267;1.2&#x2003;&#x2003;(2)the above expressions (1) and (2) are satisfied. Thus, it is possible to provide a silent gas fuel injection valve by preventing a gas fuel flow, separation phenomenon at the boundary between the throttle hole and the nozzle hole.

Gas fuel injection valve

A pressure-reducing valve is provided in which a diaphragm rod connected to a valve body of a valve mechanism is connected to a central part of a diaphragm having its peripheral edge part clamped between a body and a diaphragm cover, wherein the diaphragm () is formed from a disk-shaped rubber sheet for which the sheet thickness of at least its peripheral edge part is uniform in the natural state, and in a state in which the diaphragm cover () is fixed to the body () so that the peripheral edge part of the diaphragm () is compressively held between a collar portion () of the diaphragm cover () and a clamping face () of the body (), a portion having, of the gap between the collar portion () and the clamping face (), a minimum gap is positioned further inward in the radial direction of the diaphragm () than a portion having a maximum gap. This enables the sealing properties and the pull-out resistance for the diaphragm to be guaranteed while achieving a reduction in weight and a reduction in cost.

Pressure-reducing valve

A liquid trap device for a gas is provided which includes a trap housing () that is formed from a ceiling wall (), a bottom wall () and a peripheral wall (), the ceiling wall () having provided therein a gas inlet port () and a gas outlet port (), and a filter element () that is retained between the ceiling wall () and the bottom wall (), the interior of the filter element () communicating with the gas inlet port () and the outer peripheral face of the filter element () communicating with the gas outlet port () via an internal space () of the trap housing (), wherein the trap housing () is formed as a shape that in plan view is long along one laterally central line (X), and the filter element () and an outlet port upstream portion (), opening within the trap housing (), of the gas outlet port () are disposed in proximity to first and second side wall portions () respectively of the peripheral wall () facing each other on the laterally central line (X). This enables a liquid trap device for a gas to be provided in which a sufficient lateral distance from a filter element to a gas outlet can be guaranteed while having small dimensions and the performance in capturing a liquid can be enhanced.

Liquid trap device for gas

A pressure reducing valve for gas is provided in which a valve mechanism having opening in a central part a valve hole that communicates with a low pressure passage and a low pressure chamber and including a valve body that is capable of being seated on a valve seat facing a valve chamber communicating with a high pressure passage is housed within a body such that the valve body is connected to a pressure receiving member operating in response to pressure of the low pressure passage and the low pressure chamber, wherein the body () is formed by joining a plurality of body members () having different strengths, the entirety of the high pressure passage () being formed, among the plurality of body members (), within the body member () that has a high strength, and at least part of the low pressure passage () and the low pressure chamber () being formed, among the plurality of body members (), within the body member () that has a low strength. This enables the cost to be reduced.

Pressure reducing valve for gas

A gaseous fuel injection valve includes: a valve housing; a metallic nozzle member having a flat valve seat and a nozzle bore passing through a central portion of the valve seat; a valve body provided at one end face with a rubber seating member which is operated in cooperation with the valve seat; a coil; and a return spring for urging a stationary core and the valve body toward the valve seat. The stationary core attracts the valve body to move the seating member away from the valve seat, when the coil is excited. In this injection valve, a fluorine resin valve seat coating is formed on the valve seat so that the seating member is brought into close contact with the valve seat coating. Thus, an oil-repellent property of the valve seat coating is provided to the valve seat to prevent adherence of oil to the valve seat, leading to an improvement in valve-opening response of the valve body upon the excitation of the coil.

Gaseous fuel injection valve

A regulator for use with fuel cells, which is mounted in a pressure controller of a fuel cell system, has a first diaphragm flexible under the pressure of pilot air supplied as an oxidizing agent to a pilot chamber, a second diaphragm flexible under the pressure of a hydrogen-containing gas flowing through a fluid passage, and a rod connected to a valve head. The spring force of a first spring is set to a value greater than the spring force of a second spring. The regulator is of a normally closed type in which the valve head is seated on a valve seat when the pilot air is not supplied to the pilot chamber.

Regulator for fuel cell

A back pressure chamber is defined at an end of a rod for acting in a direction to cancel out a pressure applied to a valve head, and an aspirator chamber is defined closely to the valve head for developing a pressure lower than a secondary pressure due to a suction caused by a nozzle. The rod has a first communication hole and a second communication hole that are defined therein which provides fluid communication between the back pressure chamber and the aspirator chamber.

Regulator

A gas pressure-reducing valve in which a valve member to be seated on a valve seat having a valve hole opened at its central portion and leading to a pressure-reducing chamber between a body and a diaphragm is fixed on a valve stem connected to the central portion of the diaphragm and arranged coaxially with the valve axis. A bottomed mounting bore which is aligned with the valve axis and opened toward the pressure-reducing chamber is formed in the body. A cylindrical valve seat member forming a valve chamber between itself and the closed end of the mounting bore for accommodating the valve member and inserted into the mounting bore is fixed on the body. A valve seat facing the valve chamber is formed on the inner surface of the end portion of the valve seat member on the side of the pressure-reducing chamber. This arrangement makes it possible to reduce the number of parts and to enhance the degree of freedom for the arrangement of the parts in the body.

Gas pressure-reducing valve

A gas pressure-reducing valve in which a valve member to be seated on a valve seat opened at its central portion with a valve hole leading to a pressure-reducing chamber between a body and a diaphragm is fixed on a valve stem coaxially extending through the valve hole, and in which the valve stem is fastened to a fastened member fixed on the central portion of the diaphragm. The fastened member is provided with a fitting bore opened at its one end on the side of the valve stem and a bottom threaded bore having a diameter smaller than that of the fitting bore and coaxially leading to the other end of the fitting bore. The valve stem is provided at its end portion on the side of the diaphragm with a fitting stem portion to be fitted in the fitting bore and an externally threaded portion capable of being screwed in the threaded bore and coaxially leading to the fitting stem portion. The externally threaded portion has a shorter axial length than that of the fitting bore. This arrangement makes it possible to confine the chips, as produced by screwing the valve stem into the fastened member, within the fastened member thereby to eliminate the chip removing work and to improve the assembling efficiency.
