A cable fixing member is provided including a pair of bracket members that hold a cable therebetween and a fitting part that fits into the pair of bracket members. The fitting part includes a convex portion having an arc-shaped cross sectional face formed in one bracket member of the pair of bracket members; and a concave portion formed in the other bracket of the pair of bracket members and having an arc-shaped cross sectional face with which the convex portion is fitted, wherein the pair of bracket members are rotatably formed with the fitting part as a rotation center, so that facing surfaces of the pair of bracket members that hold the cable can be opened and closed.

Cable fixing member and cable fixing structure

A cable with less residual bend includes a sheath as an outermost layer; and a thread for correcting a residual bend. The thread is provided inside the sheath and disposed in parallel with a center axis of the cable along a longitudinal direction of the cable.

Cable with less residual bend

A cable clamp includes a single metal plate shaped along an outer periphery of three cables that are triangularly arranged when viewed in cross-section, a mounting flange portion formed with both end portions of the metal plate overlapped each other, and a cable support member inserted between at least two of the three cables so as to support the at least two cables between itself and the metal plate. The cable support member is inserted between two horizontally arranged cables in a direction perpendicular to the horizontal direction as well as perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the two horizontally arranged cables. The cable support member has a tapered shape on an end side in an insertion direction thereof for facilitating an insertion thereof into a gap between the two horizontally arranged cables.

Cable clamp

A cable fixing member formed of one belt-like metal plate bent to fix three cables to a structure includes two flanges formed at both ends of the metal plate, two C-shaped holding portions formed to be bent into C-shapes in cross section on both sides respectively of a reference portion of the metal plate to hold two of the three cables in the C-shaped holding portions respectively, and two semicircular arc portions formed to be bent into semicircular arc shapes in cross section between the C-shaped holding portions and the flanges on both the sides respectively of the reference portion of the metal plate so that the two semicircular arc portions face each other to hold one of the three cables therebetween. The three cables are held so that the three cables are arranged to form a triangular shape in transverse cross sectional view.

Cable fixing member

There is provided a cable fixing member, comprising: an intermediate member crimped and tightened to a cable; a pair of bracket members for clamping and grasping one or a plurality of cables with the intermediate member tightened thereto, through the intermediate member; and one or a plurality of grooves formed on facing surfaces of the pair of bracket members by which the cable is clamped, for clamping the cable through the intermediate member, wherein an inner surface shape of the groove is formed to mesh with an outer surface shape of the intermediate member which is crimped and tightened to the cable.

In a vehicle bumper structure, an optical fiber sensor () is provided on the upper portion of the front surface of a front wall portion (A) of a front-bumper reinforcement (). A front-bumper absorber () is provided before the optical fiber sensor () and a load transfer plate () is disposed between the front-bumper absorber () and the optical fiber sensor (). The vertical width (B) of the front-bumper absorber () and the load transfer plate () are greater than the vertical width (B) of the optical fiber sensor (), and a lower end portion (A) of the load transfer plate () extends below the lower end of the optical fiber sensor (). Accordingly, when the optical fiber sensor () is offset to the upper portion of the front-bumper reinforcement (), the front-bumper absorber () will not topple down and the impact load is input to the optical fiber sensor () even if the input direction of the impact load is slightly inclined.

Vehicle bumper structure

An amount of expansion of a hydraulic pressure hose is decreased and the fatigue characteristic against repeating pressurization, bending and twisting is improved. The hydraulic pressure hose comprising an inner rubber layer, a first braided fiber reinforced layer formed in the outer periphery of the inner rubber layer, an intermediate rubber layer formed in the outer periphery of the first braided fiber reinforced layer, a second braided fiber reinforced layer formed in the outer periphery of the intermediate rubber layer and an outer rubber layer formed in the outer periphery of the second braided fiber reinforced layer, wherein the first braided fiber reinforced layer is formed of fibers having 950 deniers to 1050 deniers, the thickness of the first braided fiber reinforced layer being 0.30 mm to 0.50 mm.

Hydraulic pressure hose

The present invention provides a novel brake hose capable of sufficiently satisfying the fatigue resistance and the corrosion resistance, with the excellent expansion resistance. In a brake hose comprising a first reinforcing fiber layer ( ), an intermediate rubber ( ), a second reinforcing fiber layer ( ), and an external layer rubber ( ) provided successively on the outer circumference of an internal layer rubber ( ) for filling a brake fluid, the first reinforcing fiber layer ( ) is made of a polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate fiber. Accordingly, all of the fatigue resistance, the corrosion resistance and the expansion resistance can both be realized at a high level.

Brake hose

A plastic hose suitable for conveying refrigerant in a liquid or gas phase, liquefied gas such as LPG, volatile liquids, or gases such as CO.sub.2, O.sub.2 or N.sub.2 having an impermeable layer or a barrier. The amount of permeation of the gas in the hose to the outside and the amount of permeation of moisture into the hose are limited to extremely small values.
