A method of producing a resin container includes injection-molding a resin intermediate molded body of bottomed cylindrical shape as a first injection-molding, injection-molding a resin material outside the intermediate molded body as a second injection-molding, to produce a multilayer preform in which a resin layer is layered on an outer peripheral side of the intermediate molded body, and blow-molding the preform in a state of containing residual heat from injection-molding to produce a resin container having a bottom portion thicker in wall thickness than a body portion. A portion of the inner peripheral side of the intermediate molded body, the portion reaching a bottom portion of the intermediate molded body, has a tapered region in which the wall thickness increases toward the bottom portion.

Method and apparatus for producing resin container

A manufacturing method includes an injection molding process of injection-molding a preform having a two-layer structure including an outer layer preform and an inner layer preform, and a blow molding process of blow molding the preform to mold a delamination container made of resin. A bottom section has a ground contact section which is provided at the outer periphery of a body section, and a raised bottom section which is provided inside the ground contact section. The raised bottom section is provided with a recessed section provided at the center, and a connection section which connects the recessed section and the ground contact section. The recessed section side end of the connection section is configured to be located closer to the neck side than the ground contact section side end when inner pressure is at ambient pressure.

Container

A container is configured so that a bottom section has a ground contact section provided to the outer periphery of a body section, and a raised bottom section provided inside the ground contact section and deformed in accordance with a change in inner pressure; the raised bottom section is provided with an upper surface section provided at the center, and a connection section which connects the upper surface section and the ground contact section; the connection section is formed so that, when the inner pressure is normal pressure, the upper surface section-side end of the connection section is positioned closer to a neck section than the ground contact section-side end of the connection section; and at least the connection section of the bottom section is provided with a reinforcement section which extends in the radial direction of the bottom section and reinforces the bottom section.

A wide-neck synthetic resin container has a neck, a body and a bottom. A top side of the neck is sealed by a cap. The neck includes a neck tubular section, an engagement section protruding outward therefrom and engaging the cap, and a flange protruding outward at the top side. The flange protrudes less than the engagement section. The neck's top side includes a first top side formed by the neck tubular section, and a second top side formed by the flange that is the same height level with the first top side and increases an area of the top side. The neck tubular section has a uniform thickness at an area immediately below the flange and an area where the engagement section is formed. A thickness of the flange is smaller than that of the neck tubular section, and the neck has been crystallized.

Preform neck crystallization method

A forming mold is used when forming a preform, which has a neck portion and a barrel portion, and whose barrel portion is filled with a molding material over the entire axial direction thereof, by injection molding; forming a space part in the barrel portion of the preform to convert the preform into an intermediate molded product; and blow-molding the intermediate molded product to form a hollow container which is a final molded product. The forming mold is equipped with a boring rod which is inserted from the neck portion side into the barrel portion of the preform to form the space part of at least a predetermined depth in the barrel portion.

Forming mold and injection mold

A hollow container manufacturing method comprises: an injection molding step of forming a preform having a neck portion and a barrel portion, at least a part of the barrel portion being solid, by injection molding; an intermediate product formation step of inserting a boring rodfrom the neck portion side into the barrel portionto form a space part of at least a predetermined depth in the barrel portion, thereby converting the preform into an intermediate molded product; and a final blow molding step of blow-molding the intermediate molded product within a final blow mold to form a hollow container which is a final molded product.
