A conveyance seat includes a seat cushion having a urethane pad member, a bead foam molding member harder than the urethane pad member, a skin material, and a seating sensor sensing a seated occupant's seating load, in which the urethane pad member is formed with a first through hole penetrating the urethane pad member in a height direction, the bead foam molding member is formed with a second through hole penetrating the bead foam molding member in the height direction and at least a part of the second through hole is at a position overlapping the first through hole in a top view, the seating sensor includes at least a sensor main body portion and a cable portion energizing the sensor main body portion or transmitting a signal of the sensor main body portion, and the cable portion is inserted through the first through hole and the second through hole.

A latch device includes a latch engageable with a rod portion of a striker, and is capable of transition to a locked state in which the latch is engaged with the rod portion and to an unlocked state in which the latch is disengaged from the rod portion, and includes a first shaft member that supports the latch in a manner that permits the latch to rotate, and a base member that supports the first shaft member. The base member is a unitary member which includes a first support wall disposed on one side of the latch and configured to support one end of the first shaft member, a second support wall disposed on an other side of the latch and configured to support an other end of the first shaft member, and a connecting wall that connects the first support wall and the second support wall.

Provided is a vehicle seat configured such that a relatively smaller space is formed under a seat cushion when the seat cushion is tilted frontward. A vehicle seat comprises a rail device including lower and upper rails; a seat cushion; a seat back; and a hinge device with a rotation axis for rotatably connecting the upper rail and the seat cushion at their front parts; and a coupling device for detachably connecting the seat cushion and the upper rail at their rear parts. A seat cushion frame of the seat cushion includes side members, front and rear members, and a submarining prevention member located rearward of the front member, extending in a crosswise direction, and coupled to the side members. The rotation axis is located rearward of a central axis of the submarining prevention member.

Vehicle seat

A latch device includes a latch engageable with a rod portion of a striker, and is capable of transition to a locked state in which the latch is engaged with the rod portion and to an unlocked state in which the latch is disengaged from the rod portion, and includes a first shaft member that supports the latch in a manner that permits the latch to rotate, and a base member that supports the first shaft member. The base member is a unitary member which includes a first support wall disposed on one side of the latch and configured to support one end of the first shaft member, a second support disposed on an other side of the latch and configured to support an other end of the first shaft member, and a connecting wall that connects the first support wall and the second support wall.

The number of components required to restrict the movement of an operating section, when a cushion frame is moved in the height direction, and a link member, which is for moving the cushion frame, is reduced. The seat is provided with: a drive link that is rotatably attached to the cushion frame and that moves the cushion frame in the height direction according to rotation thereof; a gear part that engages with the drive link and that rotates the drive link; a link-rotation restricting member for restricting the rotation range of the drive link; an operating section that accepts an operation for adjusting the height of the cushion frame; and a rotation application section for rotating the drive link via the gear part according to the operating section. The movement of the operating section is restricted as a result of the link-rotation restricting member abutting against the rotation application section.

A conveyance seat includes: a seat base; a support portion which supports the occupant from the back side; a flip-up mechanism which flips up the seat base; a biasing member which biases the support portion forward; an engagement portion which is engaged with the support portion to hold the support portion in a upright state against the biasing force; a cancel mechanism which cancels the engagement between the engagement portion and the support portion; and a return mechanism which returns the support portion from a state where the engagement with the engagement portion is canceled by the cancel mechanism to a state where the support portion is engageable with the engagement portion. The return mechanism performs the return operation in accordance with the inclination angle of the support portion inclined forward by the biasing member after the engagement between the engagement portion and the support portion is canceled.

Provided is a headrest that is capable of improving the rigidity of a headrest frame and preventing the leakage of a foaming agent upon integral foam formation of the headrest. The headrest, which is disposed on the upper part of a seatback and includes a headrest frame inside the headrest, includes a retaining portion of a headrest stay guide in the headrest frame. Further, the headrest is configured in a manner that a headrest skin is sandwiched between the headrest stay guide and the headrest frame.

Headrest

A headrest is to be mounted to the top of a seat back with a headrest pillar and a headrest guide height-adjustably supporting the headrest pillar and being attached to the seat back such that the head of the headrest guide is exposed from the top of the seat back. The headrest includes a recess on a bottom of the headrest, the recess facing the head of the headrest guide. The surface of the recess is set to be separate from the head of the headrest guide.

A conveyance seat is provided that includes: a folding mechanism that performs a folding operation for folding the headrest forward; a first receiving portion that receives a first operation when folding only the headrest forward; a second receiving portion that receives a second operation when storing the conveyance seat; a first driving portion that drives only the folding mechanism by the first operation received by the first receiving portion to permit the folding mechanism to perform the folding operation; and a second driving portion that drives the folding mechanism along with the movement of at least one of the seat cushion and the seatback to the storing position permitting the folding mechanism to perform the folding operation when the second receiving portion receives the second operation, wherein the folding mechanism, the first driving portion, and the second driving portion are all attached to the seatback frame provided inside the seatback.

Disclosed is a vehicle seat device configured so that the seat cushion can be suitably held at a raised position and that side links are compact. A vehicle seat device is provided with a movement mechanism () capable of moving the seat cushion () between a seating position and a stowed position. The movement mechanism is provided with: a cross member () provided to the seat cushion; left and right, front support brackets () provided to the vehicle body floor (); left and right, side links () rotatably connected to the left and right, front support brackets and rotatably connected to the cross member; and a guide link () which has first guide support shafts () rotatably provided in front of the rotation support shafts () of the side links and which also has a second guide support shaft () rotatably provided to the cross member.
