A motor module includes a motor and a casing including a partition wall. The accommodation space includes first and second accommodation spaces. The partition wall includes a base that partitions the first and second accommodation spaces in an axial direction. The base includes a wiring including a lead-out port and a guide groove extending from the lead-out port. The lead wire is led out from the lead-out port and located in the guide groove. The casing includes a tape and a seal. The tape covers at least a portion of the wiring from below. The seal is located in at least a portion of a space defined by the wiring and the tape.

Motor module

A motor includes a rotor including a shaft centered on a central axis extending vertically, a bearing that supports the shaft, an air-core coil that is radially outward of the rotor and extends in an axial direction, and a back yoke that includes an axially extending shape with a linear portion having a coil shape, and includes an inner peripheral surface to which the air-core coil is fixed.

A motor includes a shaft centered on a central axis that extends vertically, a bearing that supports the shaft, and a stator including a coil radially opposing an outer peripheral surface of the shaft. A motor includes a stator, a rotor, and a bearing. The stator includes a shaft that extends in a vertical direction. The rotor is rotatable around the shaft. The bearing supports the rotor in a rotatable manner. The rotor includes a magnet, a case, and a tooth groove. The magnet is radially outward of the stator and opposes the stator in a radial direction. The case covers a radially outer end of the magnet. The tooth groove is provided in a radially outer surface of the case.

Motor and motor assembly

A planetary gear mechanism includes a sun gear attached to the motor rotation shaft to rotate about the central axis extending vertically, a fixed internal gear radially outside the sun gear, planetary gears radially outside the sun gear and radially inside the fixed internal gear to mesh with the sun gear and the fixed internal gear, a movable internal gear above the fixed internal gear and radially outside the planetary gears to mesh with the planetary gears and to rotate about the central axis, and a carrier that holds upper and lower surfaces of the planetary gears.

In a lacing module, one gear of a worm wheel gear and a clutch gear includes a protrusion, and another gear of the worm wheel gear and the clutch gear includes a recess. The worm wheel gear meshes with a worm gear rotatable together with a shaft of a motor. The clutch gear is fixed to a spool shaft portion of a spool around which a string can be wound. The protrusion protrudes in a direction between the one gear and the another gear. The recess is recessed in the direction between the one gear toward and the another gear. At least an end of the protrusion protruding from one gear to the other gear in a vertical direction is fitted into the recess.

Lacing module

This motor includes a stationary portion including a stator; and a rotating portion supported to be rotatable about a central axis extending in a vertical direction with respect to the stationary portion, and including a shaft arranged to extend along the central axis. The stationary portion includes a bearing arranged to rotatably support the shaft, and a base portion arranged to hold the stator. The rotating portion includes a rotor hub portion arranged to extend in an annular shape around the shaft; a magnet directly or indirectly fixed to the rotor hub portion, and arranged opposite to the stator; a flywheel arranged axially above the rotor hub portion; and a seal portion arranged to have a thickness smaller than the thickness of the magnet. At least a portion of an outer circumferential surface of the rotor hub portion is a metal surface. The metal surface has a reflectivity higher than the reflectivity of an outer circumferential surface of the flywheel and the reflectivity of a surface of the seal portion. The metal surface is covered with the seal portion.

A conducting wire includes an incoming portion, coil portions, an outgoing portion leading out of an armature, and circumferentially extending portions. The circumferentially extending portions include an alternately arranged portion extending alternately on first and second axial sides of circumferentially adjacent ones of teeth, and a passage line portion extending on a same axial side of circumferentially adjacent ones of the teeth. One to two rounds of the circumferentially extending portions extend along a core back. The passage line portion extends on a same axial side over two of the teeth which have at least one of the incoming portion and the outgoing portion located circumferentially therebetween, and is radially outside of at least one of the incoming portion and the outgoing portion.

This rotary drive apparatus includes a stationary portion including a stator; and a rotating portion supported through a bearing portion to be rotatable about a central axis extending in a vertical direction with respect to the stationary portion, the rotating portion including a magnet arranged opposite to the stator. The bearing portion includes an upper bearing portion, and a lower bearing portion arranged below the upper bearing portion. A center of gravity of the rotating portion is located below an upper end of the upper bearing portion and above a lower end of the lower bearing portion.

Rotary drive apparatus

This rotary drive apparatus is arranged to cause incoming light coming from a light source to be emitted to an outside while changing the direction of the incoming light, and includes a motor including a hollow shaft arranged to extend along a central axis extending in a vertical direction, the hollow shaft including a through hole arranged to pass therethrough in an axial direction; a flywheel including at least one optical component arranged to reflect the incoming light or allow the incoming light to pass therethrough; and a laser module including the light source. This rotary drive apparatus is arranged to rotate a flywheel arranged to support an optical component arranged to reflect incoming light coming from a light source or allow the incoming light to pass therethrough, and includes a motor including a rotating portion; and the flywheel, the flywheel being supported by the motor and arranged to rotate about a central axis extending in a vertical direction. The flywheel includes a plate-shaped accommodating portion in which the optical component is arranged; a bottom surface arranged at a bottom portion of the accommodating portion, and arranged to slant with respect to at least one of two opposed side surfaces of the optical component; and a base surface arranged to be in contact with at least a portion of another one of the two opposed side surfaces of the optical component.

A motor includes a stationary unit and a rotary unit. The stationary unit includes a stator, a base portion having at least one hole extending in the up-down direction, and a flexible wiring substrate. The flexible wiring substrate reaches a position higher than a lower surface of the base portion through at least one hole and is arranged to supply electric power to the stator. The flexible wiring substrate includes a connection portion arranged higher than the lower surface of the base portion and connected to the stator. The connection portion includes a solder portion arranged on a lower surface thereof to cover a portion of a lead wire extending from a coil of the stator. At least a portion of the solder portion is positioned within the hole.

The flywheel includes at least one recessed portion recessed axially downward from an upper surface of the flywheel. The flywheel further includes at least one weight arranged in the at least one recessed portion.
