A retractor of a seat belt apparatus includes a spool that is configured to wind the seat belt while allowing the seat belt to be pulled out, a motor that includes a shaft coupled to the spool and generates a rotational resistance force against the spool rotating in a direction to pull out the seat belt, the rotational resistance force corresponding to the rotation of the spool and the shaft caused by pulling out of the seat belt, a rotational resistance member that is coupled to the spool and generates a rotational resistance force against the spool rotating in the direction to pull out the seat belt when the seat belt is pulled out in the event of vehicle collision, and a reducing mechanism that reduces the rotation of the spool and transmits a reduced rotation to the shaft.

Vehicle seat belt apparatus

A seatbelt device for a vehicle comprises a belt which restrains an occupant, a retractor which supports the belt so as to wind up one end of the belt, a frictional-force applier which is configured to apply a frictional force to the belt by contacting the belt, and an actuator to actuate the frictional-force applier so as to change the frictional force.

Seatbelt device for vehicle

The present application discloses a control device for an automatic transmission mounted in a vehicle including idling stop means for automatically stopping an engine when a predetermined stop condition is satisfied, and restarting the engine when a predetermined restart condition is satisfied in an engine automatically stopped state. The control device for the automatic transmission includes a first friction element and a second friction element fastened in a starting stage of the automatic transmission; and hydraulic-pressure controlling means for controlling hydraulic pressure for fastening the first and second friction elements. The first friction element includes a return spring that urges a piston of the first friction element to a release side. The second friction element includes a friction plate, a pressing piston that presses the friction plate, and a clearance adjustment piston that supports the pressing piston so as to allow relative movement of the pressing piston.

Airbag apparatus

A seatbelt device comprises a seatbelt including a shoulder belt to restrain a passenger's upper body and a lap belt to restrain a passenger's waist portion, a tongue fixed to the seatbelt and parting the seatbelt into the shoulder belt and the lap belt, a first retractor fixed to a pillar and coupled to a tip of the shoulder belt, a second D ring attached to a position of an inner panel of a side sill below the pillar and supporting the lap belt so as to let the lap belt slide therein, and a second retractor fixed to another position of the inner panel of the side sill located in front of the second D ring and below a seat slide rail, the second retractor being coupled to a tip of the lap belt.

Seatbelt device and method for assembling the same

A passenger protection apparatus comprises an airbag having a concaved receiving portion at its specified position which corresponds to a face of a small-sized passenger seated in a passenger's seat when the airbag inflates in a vehicle collision, an inflator supplying gas to the airbag in a collision of a vehicle to inflate the airbag before the passenger's seat, a position sensor detecting a longitudinal sitting position of the passenger seated in the passenger's seat, and a seatbelt device, an airbag unit for pop-up seat, and a knee airbag unit which adjust a restraint position of the passenger in accordance with the longitudinal sitting position of the passenger so that the face f the small-sized passenger is received at said receiving portion of the airbag in the vehicle collision.
