An oxygen-absorbing film having an oxygen-absorbing adhesive agent layer including a cured oxygen-absorbing adhesive agent resin composition, wherein the oxygen-absorbing adhesive agent layer has at least two glass transition temperatures, and wherein the lowest glass transition temperature among the glass transition temperatures is lower than 0° C. The cured oxygen-absorbing adhesive agent resin composition preferably includes: (A) an oxygen-absorbing polyester resin having a glass transition temperature of −20 to 10° C. and (B) a saturated polyester resin having a glass transition temperature of −10° C. or lower. The oxygen-absorbing polyester-based resin (A) is made from a tetrahydrophthalic acid, a derivative thereof, a tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, or a derivative thereof, and the saturated polyester resin (B) containing a structural unit derived from a diol component and a structural unit derived from a dicarboxylic acid component is preferably selected from the group consisting of adipic acid, sebacic acid, isophthalic acid, and combinations thereof.

Provided are a multilayer film having excellent gas permeability and excellent handling properties and hence is suited for forming a cell culture container, and a cell culture container formed by using the same. A multilayer film used for forming a cell culture container, comprising: a base material composed of a polyethylene-based resin having a density of 0.87 g/cmto 0.90 g/cm; and an inner layer composed of a polyethylene-based resin having a density of 0.896 g/cmto 0.93 g/cmand forming a cell culture icy surface. A cell culture container is formed by using this multilayer film.

The present invention provides a packaging material for a patch, the packaging material comprising: an inner layer film made of a polyethylene terephthalate-based resin having heat sealing properties; and a substrate film, wherein a heat-sealing surface of the inner layer film comprises an isophthalic acid-modified polyethylene terephthalate resin having a copolymerization ratio of isophthalic acid component of 10 mol % to 20 mol %. An oxygen-absorbing resin composition having excellent performance is provided which contains an oxygen-absorbing polyester and a polyolefin and has enhanced compatibility between the polymers to give an oxygen-absorbing layer inhibited from having a reduced cohesive force or an appearance failure such as roughness unevenness. The oxygen-absorbing resin composition is characterized by being obtained by melt-kneading the following ingredients (A) and (B) together with the following ingredient (C) as a compatibilizing agent. Ingredient (A): an oxygen-absorbing polyester; Ingredient (B): a polyolefin; and Ingredient (C): a copolymer of ethylene and a vinyl monomer having a hydroxy group or an ester bond, the copolymer having an ethylene proportion of 70-99 mol %.
