A feed out container includes: a metal main body outer sleeve formed as a bottomed cylinder; a metal cylindrical inner member having a first portion provided within the interior of the main body outer sleeve and a second portion that constitutes an annular protrusion; an inner plate that holds a contained material; a lid body outer sleeve formed as a bottomed cylinder; a lid body inner sleeve provided within and in close contact with the interior of the lid body outer sleeve; and a feed out mechanism that moves the inner plate in an axial direction of the sleeve to feed out the contained material. At least one of a first O ring () that maintains an airtight seal between the lid body outer sleeve and the inner member and a second O ring fitted about the periphery of a portion of the inner member is provided.

The present invention is a vibration damping device () that includes an external member () attached to one of a vibration-generating portion and a vibration-receiving portion; a tubular member () attached to the other of the vibration-generating portion and the vibration-receiving portion; and an elastic body () which connects the external member () and the tubular member (). The external member () includes a frame-like member () having a rectangular shape when viewed from the top. In the elastic body (), a long-side portion () forming a long side of a rectangular shape when viewed from the top adheres to an inner circumferential surface of the long-side portion () of the frame-like member (), and a short-side portion () forming a short side of the rectangular shape when viewed from the top comes into contact with the external member () in a long-side direction (X) in which the long-side portion () extends when viewed from the top, in a non-adhering state.

A distillation apparatus includes a column body; a partition for dividing the interior of the column body; a first distillation section composed of an enriching section and an exhaust section; a second distillation section composed of an enriching section formed above an upper end of the first distillation section, and an exhaust section located adjacent to the enriching section of the first distillation section; a third distillation section composed of an enriching section located adjacent to the exhaust section of the first distillation section, and an exhaust section formed below a lower end of the first distillation section; a condenser; a negative pressure generation system for generating a negative pressure to thereby withdraw vent gas; a gas cooler for cooling the vent gas; a first discharge system disposed at the side of the column body and adapted to discharge liquid rich in a medium-boiling-point component formed from a high-melting-point material; and a second discharge system disposed at the bottom of the column body and adapted to discharge liquid rich in a high-boiling-point component formed from a high-melting-point material. The first discharge system includes a first solidification prevention system for preventing solidification of the liquid rich in the medium-boiling-point component. The second discharge system includes a second solidification prevention system for preventing solidification of the liquid rich in the high-boiling-point component.

A spectroscope or spectrometer for detecting a driving position of a main wavelength dispersive device using a diffraction line produced in that light from a light source having a narrow wavelength bandwidth is incident on a sub-wavelength dispersive device in an arrangement that a plane diffraction grating is used as the sub-wavelength dispersive device which is affixed on a driving axis in a manner of forming a suitable angle with the main wavelength dispersive device. When the main wavelength dispersive device is used between 0.degree. and 90.degree. , a diffraction angle of the sub-wavelength dispersive device comes within about 45.degree. . In such a range, the angular dispersion is not changed significantly, thus the interval between diffraction lines is hardly varied. For this reason, the width of a sub-detector can always be set at an optimum condition for raising the positional detecting accuracy while one or more diffraction lines are allowed to be incident.

Spectroscope

A wavelength sub-dispersive device receives light from a standard light source producing light having a narrow bandwidth and having an intensity greater than that of light to be detected. The sub-dispersive device is provided for identifying the wavelength of the dispersed light by a main dispersive device, which is detected by a main detector. Light from the standard light source does not irradiate the main detector. If the main detector is irradiated with the light from the standard light source, the detection of the main detector is disturbed by its high intensity.
