An organic thin film photovoltaic device module includes: a substrate; a first and second transparent electrode layers disposed on the substrate; an organic layer disposed on the substrate and the first and second transparent electrode layers; a plurality of dot-shaped contact holes formed so as to pass through up to the second transparent electrode layer in a perpendicular-to-plane direction with respect to the organic layer; a metal electrode layer disposed on the organic layer and on the second transparent electrode layer via the dot-shaped contact hole; and a passivation layer disposed on the metal electrode layer. There are provided: the organic thin film photovoltaic device module having satisfactory appearance without deteriorating appearance thereof and having the improved structure of the portion jointed in series; and the electronic apparatus.

Organic thin film photovoltaic device module and electronic apparatus

A thermal print head includes: a substrate having an obverse surface; a plurality of heat generators arranged on the substrate in a main scanning direction; and a wiring layer provided on the substrate and constituting an energization path to the heat generators. The substrate has a protrusion protruding from the obverse surface and extending in the main scanning direction. The protrusion has a top portion having the largest distance from the obverse surface, and an inclined portion connected to the top portion in a sub-scanning direction. The inclined portion is inclined relative to the obverse surface at a predetermined angle. Each of the plurality of heat generators extends across a boundary between the top portion and the inclined portion. Each of the heat generators is formed on at least a part of the top portion and at least a part of the inclined portion in the sub-scanning direction.

An organic thin film photovoltaic device () includes: a substrate (); a first electrode layer () disposed on the substrate; a hole transport layer () disposed on the first electrode layer; a bulk heterojunction organic active layer () disposed on the hole transport layer; a second electrode layer () disposed on the bulk heterojunction organic active layer; a sealing glass () configured to be opposed to the substrate, and configured to seal a laminated structure composed of the first electrode layer, the hole transport layer, the bulk heterojunction organic active layer, and the second electrode layer; and a glass frit () disposed between the sealing glass and the substrate and configured to seal the laminated structure. There is provided: an inexpensive organic thin film photovoltaic device of which durability is improved, allowing further weight saving and thin-layering; and a fabrication method of such an organic thin film photovoltaic device.
