A showcase comprising an illumination apparatus which includes a shade member constituted of a light-transmitting front wall positioned on the side of the light emitting surfaces of LED elements, and a back wall positioned on the side of a substrate provided with the LED elements, the front wall comprising a curved portion having an arc-like section and a pair of flat portions extended continuously from both ends of the curved portion to intersect with the back wall at an acute angle, corner portions where the flat portions intersect with the back wall being a pair of engaging portions; and a holder provided with a plurality of engagement portions and the like with which the engaging portions are disengageably engaged.

Showcase with an illuminating apparatus

An object is to provide a showcase in which appropriate illumination can be realized by an LED illumination apparatus having a high durability against turning ON/OFF and capable of securing a predetermined illumination intensity even under an environment at a low temperature. The showcase in which the inside of a display chamber configured to display commodities is illuminated by an LED illumination apparatus includes a person detecting sensor which detects the approaching of any person, and a control apparatus which adjusts the illumination intensity of the LED illumination apparatus, and the control apparatus gradually increases the illumination intensity of the LED illumination apparatus in a case where the person detecting sensor detects the approaching of the person.

Showcase

An object is to provide a showcase capable of improving the appearance of an illumination apparatus and also capable of improving the effects of illumination by the illumination apparatus. In the showcase, the inside of a display chamber formed in a main body thereof is illuminated with the illumination apparatus. The illumination apparatus includes: a plurality of LED illumination components equipped with LED elements; a holding member attached to the main body to hold the LED illumination components; a wiring connector provided between the LED illumination components; and a reflecting plate covering the connector.

An object is to provide a showcase capable of improving the appearance of an illumination apparatus itself and improving the illumination effect produced by the illumination apparatus. In the showcase in which the inside of a display chamber disposed in a main body is illuminated by an illumination apparatus, the illumination apparatus includes an LED illumination member having an LED element, and a holding member attached to the main body to hold the LED illumination member, and the holding member includes a lead wire receiving portion for receiving a lead wire of the LED illumination member.

An object is to provide a showcase capable of effectively illuminating commodities displayed on a shelf in a display chamber, especially commodities in shelf foremost parts. In the showcase in which the shelf for displaying the commodities is disposed in the display chamber constituted in a main body and in which a front-surface opening of the display chamber is openably closed by see-through doors and in which an illumination device is vertically attached to the main body on an inner side from the edge of the opening, the illumination device is constituted of LED elements, and light from the LED elements is emitted toward front parts of the shelf.
