A range image obtaining system for a track includes a laser slit light source disposed within a plane perpendicular to a tread of a rail and emits laser slit light within the plane; a two-dimensional image imaging device which is disposed to have an angle with respect to the plane perpendicular to the tread of the rail and obtains a light sectioning image generated from the laser slit light; and an image signal processing device for generating a range image based on a distance from the two-dimensional image imaging device based on the light sectioning image.

The substrate detection apparatus includes: a collimating reflector located on one side of substrates; an illumination unit configured to radiate light in a planar state toward the collimating reflector such that edge portions of the substrates are located in an optical path of the light; an image acquiring unit configured to acquire a passing light image including the edge portions formed on the collimating reflector with the light radiated in the planar state from the illumination unit; and an image processing unit configured to process the passing light image obtained by the image acquiring unit, thereby detecting the conditions of the substrates.

Specifically, a colony having a luminance higher than a first threshold A is determined as a differentiated colony, a colony having a luminance equal to or lower than the first threshold A and equal to or higher than a second threshold B is determined as an undifferentiated colony, and a colony having a luminance lower than the second threshold B is determined as a multilayered colony.

An automatic cell cultivation apparatus is provided which is capable of conveying the culture container, exchanging the culture medium, and operating other jobs promptly by a robot. The automatic cell cultivation apparatus has a cultivation apparatus main body for cultivating cells in a culture container, and the cultivation apparatus main body is equipped with one or more incubator accommodating the culture container, a chemical suction machine for sucking chemicals in the culture container, and a multijoint robot for conveying the culture container, the multijoint robot having functions of conveying the culture container, detaching and attaching the lid of the culture container, and inclining the container when sucking chemicals in the culture container, so that cell cultivation operations can be promptly carried out by only one robot.
