A printer may receive a predetermined notification from a print mediation server. The predetermined notification may be a notification to be sent to the printer by the print mediation server when the print mediation server has stored specific print data and specific condition data indicating a specific print condition to a storage unit according to an instruction from a terminal device. The printer may acquire the specific print data and the specific condition data from the storage unit in a case where the predetermined notification is received. The printer may cause a print executing unit to execute printing of an image represented by the specific data according to the specific print condition indicated by the specific condition data.

A communication device may store first specific data representing specific information described in a first language. The communication device may acquire second specific data from the data server. The second specific data may represent the specific information described in a second language different from the first language. The communication device may supply first image data obtained using the first specific data to a display unit in a case where the specific information described in the first language is requested, and supply second image data obtained using the acquired second specific data to the display unit in a case where the specific information described in the second language is requested.

The printer may, (A) execute, when the predetermined notification is received a second type of communication so as to acquire specific address information, in the case where being judged that the first type of communication is executable and (B) execute, even if the predetermined notification is not received, the second type of communication at a predetermined timing so as to acquire the specific address information in a case where it is judged that the first type of communication is not executable. The printer may acquire the specific print data and print an image represented by the specific print data.

In each of personal computers, information concerning an application software to process image data sent to a scanner is received. A dialog box is displayed and a user entry is made as to whether transmission is permitted or not. When transmission is rejected by the user, a notice of the rejection of transmission is given to the scanner. When transmission is permitted by the user, the application software is started and a notice of the permission of transmission is given to the scanner.
