A laminated fluid warmer includes: a laminate including a target fluid layer having a plurality of target fluid channels through which a warming target fluid flows, and a warming fluid layer that is laminated on the target fluid layer and has a plurality of warming fluid channels through which a warming fluid for warming the target fluid layer flows; and a collection device that collects at least a part of the warming fluid accumulated in the plurality of warming fluid channels. The collection device includes a storage portion that receives the warming fluid flowing out from the warming fluid channel when collecting the warming fluid.

Laminated fluid warmer

In a main flow passage, a first heat exchanger, a first heat storage unit, a second heat exchanger, and a second heat storage unit are connected by a heating medium flow passage. The main flow passage allows a heating medium to be circulated. A sub flow passage includes a shortened flow passage which is a part of the heating medium flow passage and branches from the heating medium flow passage between the second heat exchanger and the second heat storage unit and extends to the first heat storage unit. The sub flow passage allows circulation of the heating medium between the first heat storage unit and the second heat exchanger. A first heating means in a middle of the shortened flow passage, the first heating means heating a passing heat medium, and a switching means conducting switching between the main flow passage and the sub flow passage are provided.

Compressed air energy storage power generation device

A compressed air energy storage (CAES) power generation apparatus includes a motor driven by renewable energy, a compressor driven by the motor, a pressure accumulating tank storing compressed air compressed by the compressor, an expander driven by the compressed air from the pressure accumulating tank, and a generator connected to the expander. The apparatus includes a first heat exchanger that performs heat exchange between the compressed air from the compressor to the pressure accumulating tank and a heat medium, cools the compressed air, and heats the heat medium, a heat accumulating tank that stores the heat medium heated by the first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger that performs heat exchange between the compressed air from the pressure accumulating tank to the expander, heats the compressed air, and cools the heat medium, and third heat exchangers that perform heat exchange between the exhaust heat outside a system and a fluid in the system. The power generation efficiency of the apparatus is improved using the exhaust heat outside the system while the exhaust heat outside the system is cooled using the cold heat generated in the system of the apparatus.

Compressed air energy storage power generation apparatus

A compressed air energy storage power generation device includes an inert gas source for supplying an inert gas, an inert gas flow path system, and a flow path switching unit. The inert gas flow path system fluidly connects the gas phase portion of the high temperature heat storage unit, the gas phase portion of the low temperature heat storage unit, and the inert gas source. The flow path switching unit switches the inert gas flow path system to at least a state in which the inert gas source is in communication with both the high temperature heat storage unit and the low temperature heat storage unit and a state in which the inert gas source is blocked from both the high temperature heat storage unit and the low temperature heat storage unit.

Compressed air energy storage power generation device and compressed air energy storage power generation method

A compressor, a first heat exchanger, a first heat storage unit, a pressure accumulation unit, a second heat exchanger, and a second heat storage unit are provided. The first heat storage unit and the second heat storage unit are connected by a first flow passage and a second flow passage. The first and second flow passages are connected by a third flow passage. A first on-off means is provided in a first region of the first flow passage and a second on-off means is provided in a second region. A third on-off means is provided in a third region of the second flow passage, and a fourth on-off means is provided in a fourth region. A driving means and a heating means are provided in the third flow passage.

A compressed air storage power generation apparatus is provided with a motor, a compressor, a pressure accumulation tank, an expander, a generator, a first heat exchanger and a cold heat extracting unit. The motor is driven by input power generated using renewable energy. The compressor is mechanically connected to the motor and compresses air. The pressure accumulation tank accumulates the compressed air compressed by the compressor. The expander is driven by the compressed air supplied from the pressure accumulation tank. The generator is mechanically connected to the expander. The first heat exchanger exchanges heat between the compressed air supplied from the compressor and a heat medium and cools the compressed air to room temperature. The cold heat extracting unit extracts air serving as working fluid as cold air of the room temperature or lower. Due to this configuration, the compressed air energy storage power generation apparatus capable of smoothing input power that varies irregularly and efficiently performing heating and cooling with the input power is provided.

Compressed air energy storage power generation apparatus and compressed air energy storage power generation method

The compressed air energy storage power generation device includes a third heat exchanger and fourth heat exchangers. The third heat exchanger performs heat exchange between the air exhausted from the expander and the second heating medium to cool the second heating medium. The fourth heat exchanger performs heat exchange between the second heating medium cooled by the third heat exchanger and at least one of the lubricating oil to be supplied to the compressor or the first heating medium to be supplied to the first heat exchanger to cool the lubricating oil or the first heating medium.

A compressed air energy storage power generation device includes a first heat exchanger, a heat storage tank, a second heat exchanger, a heating unit, a first power distributor, and a controller. The first heat exchanger performs heat exchange between the compressed air from a compressor and the heating medium. The heat storage tank stores the heating medium heatexchanged by the first heat exchanger. The second heat exchanger performs heat exchange between the compressed air from an accumulator tank and the heating medium from the heat storage tank. The first power distributor distributes the generated power of the power generator to a power system and the heating unit. When the internal pressure of the accumulator tank reaches a predetermined pressure and the generated power is larger than the power demand, the controller supplies a part or all of the generated power to the heating unit by the first power distributor.

A compressed air energy storage and power generation device comprises a motor, a compressor, a pressure accumulation tank, an expander, and a generator. The motor is driven by a fluctuating input power. The compressor is mechanically connected to the motor and compresses air. The pressure accumulation tank is fluidly connected to the compressor and stores air compressed by the compressor. The expander is fluidly connected to the pressure accumulation tank and is driven by compressed air supplied from the pressure accumulation tank. The generator is mechanically connected to the expander and generates power to be supplied to a user. A cooling water flow path, whereby water flows inside a cooling water pipe for cooling air that is a working fluid, is provided inside a casing of the compressor. As a result, a compressed air energy storage and power generation device can be provided that is capable of efficiently reducing compressive axial force and of reducing power consumption.

A compressed air energy storage power generation deviceincludes a compressor, a pressure accumulator tank, and an expander. The compressor compresses air by being driven with renewable energy. The compressed air energy storage power generation device includes: first heat exchanges for recovering compression heat; temperature sensors that measure the temperatures of the heat media having the temperature increased by the first heat exchangers; high-temperature heat medium tanks, each of which individually stores the heat medium depending on the temperature thereof; second heat exchangers for heating compressed air; a low-temperature heat medium tank that stores the heat medium having the temperature decreased in the second heat exchanger; and a control unit that switches high-temperature heat storage switching valves to thereby supply the heat medium from the first heat exchangers to either of the high-temperature heat medium tanks.

A compressed-air storage and power generation method according to the present invention is provided with: a first air-compression step; a first air-storage step; a first air-supply step; a first power-generation step; a first heat-exchange step; a heat-medium storage step; a second heat-exchange step; and an air-discharge step. In the air-discharge step, when the amount of compressed air stored in a pressure-accumulation tank () exceeds a prescribed amount in the first air-storage step, the air compressed by a first compressor () is discharged outside without being stored in the pressure-accumulation tank (). Therefore, it is possible to provide a compressed-air storage and power generation method by which fluctuating electrical power can be smoothed efficiently even after compressed air is stored up to the storage capacity of the storage space.

Compressed air energy storage and power generation method and apparatus

A heat exchanger including a stacking block, including: a first plate surface; a second plate surface opposite to the first plate surface; and first and second flow path plates including respective plural first and second through holes that have a standard shape. The first through holes are arranged to line up in a standard array pattern in a first direction in which a first flow path causes a first fluid to flow. The second through holes are arranged in the first direction in the same standard array pattern as the first through holes. Each of the first through holes have an area with a same overlap with the second through holes positioned on both sides of the first through holes, in the first direction. The first flow path is formed by the first and second through holes being mutually joined in the first direction, in the areas of overlap.
