The disclosure realizes a touch sensor unit including a mold part that can restrict the movement of a sensor body embedded in a sensor holder. A touch sensor unit includes a sensor body, a sensor holder in which the sensor body is embedded, and a resistor disposed outside the sensor holder and electrically connected to the sensor body. The sensor body includes a tubular insulator that is elastically deformed when an external force is applied, and a plurality of linear electrodes that are provided inside the tubular insulator and come into contact with each other as the tubular insulator is elastically deformed. At least an end of the sensor holder, an end of the tubular insulator protruding from an end surface of the sensor holder, and the resistor are molded together with a mold part which is a resin molded body.

Touch sensor unit

The disclosure improves the flexibility of arrangement of a separator provided at an end of a touch sensor unit to ensure electrical insulation. A sensor body included in a touch sensor unit includes a tubular insulator that is elastically deformed when an external force is applied; linear electrodes that are provided inside the tubular insulator and come into contact with each other as the tubular insulator is elastically deformed; a resistor disposed on an outer side of an end of the tubular insulator; connection wires connecting the linear electrodes and the resistor; a separator interposed between the connection wires and preventing contact between the connection wires; a mold part including at least the connection wires, the resistor, and the separator; and a cover member covering at least a part of the connection wires, the resistor, and the separator via the mold part.

A sensor unit manufacturing method includes: a core metal insertion process of inserting a core metal member having a length dimension smaller than a length dimension of a core metal accommodation portion into a predetermined location (a section of a curving portion) extending along a longitudinal direction of the core metal accommodation portion; and a bending process of bending the section (the section of the curving portion) of a fixation base portion, into which the core metal member is inserted, following a curved shape of a sensor bracket.

Sensor unit manufacturing method

The disclosure provides a manufacturing method of a touch sensor unit that includes a tubular insulator housing a plurality of electrodes, and the plurality of electrodes housed in the tubular insulator are prevented from being fixed in a short-circuited state by the resin flowing into the tubular insulator. The manufacturing method of the touch sensor unit includes: a first process of disposing an end of a sensor holder, a resistor, connection wires, and a separator, which are included in a mold part provided at an end of the touch sensor unit, in a mold; and a second process of supplying molten resin into the mold in a state where the tubular insulator housing linear electrodes is pressed from an outer side of the sensor holder in the mold. In the second process, the tubular insulator is pressed within a range where the tubular insulator and an insertion protrusion overlap.

A retractor of a seat belt apparatus includes a spool that is configured to wind the seat belt while allowing the seat belt to be pulled out, a motor that includes a shaft coupled to the spool and generates a rotational resistance force against the spool rotating in a direction to pull out the seat belt, the rotational resistance force corresponding to the rotation of the spool and the shaft caused by pulling out of the seat belt, a rotational resistance member that is coupled to the spool and generates a rotational resistance force against the spool rotating in the direction to pull out the seat belt when the seat belt is pulled out in the event of vehicle collision, and a reducing mechanism that reduces the rotation of the spool and transmits a reduced rotation to the shaft.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a reaction force generating apparatus which can be improved in size and weight. In the reaction force generating apparatus () having: an arm () which is rotated by a load, and an electric motor () for applying a reaction force to the arm (), the reaction force generating apparatus () further has: a support shaft () which is rotatably installed in a transmission passage () through which a reaction force is transmitted to the arm (); a gear () which is rotatably attached to the support shaft (); a sector gear () which is disposed on a downstream side of the transmission passage () from the gear (), and coupled to the gear (); an output shaft () which is rotatably installed in the transmission passage (), and to which the sector gear () and the arm () are attached; and a one-way clutch () which is interposed between the support shaft () and the gear () in the transmission passage (), wherein the one-way clutch () has: an engaged state in which, when the gear () is rotated in a first direction, the one-way clutch () connects the transmission passage () to the arm (); and a released state in which, when the gear () is rotated in a second direction, the one-way clutch () blocks the transmission passage (), and the sector gear () has a meshing portion (B) formed within a specific angular range in a rotation direction.
