A sensor unit includes a collector and a sensor housing. The collector faces a stator guiding a magnetic flux, with a void between the collector and the stator, and collectively attracts the magnetic flux guided by the stator. The sensor housing has a wall covering outside of the collector, and holds the collector. A clearance is formed between an opposite surface of the collector to a surface thereof facing the stator, and the wall of the sensor housing.

Sensor unit, torque detector, and electric power steering device

A relative angle sensing device that senses a relative rotation angle between first and second rotary shafts includes: a rotary component that is provided on one rotary shaft out of the first rotary shaft and the second rotary shaft, and that rotates together with the one rotary shaft; a supported component that generates a magnetic field and that is supported by the rotary component through an adhesive material; and a sensor that is provided in the other rotary shaft out of the first rotary shaft and the second rotary shaft, and that outputs a value corresponding to the magnetic field generated by the supported component. A transmitting unit is provided between the rotary component and the supported component. The transmitting unit transmits rotative force of the one rotary shaft to the supported component by direct contact with each other in a case of peeling of the adhesive material.

Relative angle sensing device

A hinged electric cable harness component is provided for use with a relative angle sensing device that has a sensor that is contained in a housing that includes a communication hole. The hinged electric cable harness component includes an electric cable holding member that is fitted with the communication hole of the housing and holds an electric cable. The hinged electric cable harness component also includes an outer component that is arranged at a position outside the electric cable holding member in the communication hole of the housing, and that has, at inside thereof, a penetration hole through which the electric cable passes. The outer component has a pair of opening and closing components that is joined by a hinge and opens and closes the penetration hole by relative rotation.

Relative angle sensing device with a hinged cable harness component

A relative angle sensing device is provided with: a sensor that is contained in a housing in which a communication hole communicating inside and outside is formed, and outputs an electric signal according to a relative rotation angle between two rotary shafts coaxially arranged; an electric cable that transmits the electric signal outputted from the sensor to a device arranged at outside of the housing; an electric cable holding member that is fitted with the communication hole of the housing and that holds the electric cable; and an outer component that is arranged at a position outside the electric cable holding member in the communication hole of the housing. The outer component is provided with an introducing part that introduces the electric cable into inside thereof, and a plurality of exiting parts that make the electric cable having been introduced through the introducing part exit to outside in different directions.

Relative angle sensing device and electric power steering apparatus

A relative angle sensing device includes: a sensor contained in a housing provided with a communication hole and outputting an electric signal corresponding to a relative rotation angle between two rotary shafts coaxially arranged; an electric cable transmitting the electric signal to a device arranged outside of the housing; an electric cable holding member fitted with the communication hole and holding the electric cable; and an external member arranged at a location outer than the electric cable holding member, wherein the external member includes a pair of dividable members dividable in a direction intersecting a hole direction of the communication hole, and the external member passes the electric cable within the pair of dividable members and presses the electric cable with the pair of dividable members to change a direction of the electric cable at the outside of the housing into the direction intersecting the hole direction.

In an electric motor in which a magnet holder is provided in an inner periphery of a yoke, and a terminal insertion hole is provided in a feed connector provided in a brush holder. A terminal connected to a brush is inserted to the terminal insertion hole, and the yoke and the brush holder are connected. An engagement portion is provided in the terminal, a convex portion is provided in an end surface of the magnet holder, and the convex portion of the magnet holder is allowed to be engaged with the engagement portion of the terminal under a state in which the yoke and the brush holder are connected.

Electric motor

In an electric motor having a brush holding portion for holding a brush and a pigtail holding means for holding a pigtail connected to the brush, on a holder surface of a brush holder, the pigtail holding means holds the pigtail in both a lateral direction along the holder surface and a longitudinal direction crossing to the holder surface.

An electric motor is disclosed in which a rising wall is formed in a rear side of a terminal insertion hole in a brush holder, a terminal elastically deforms with respect to an upper surface of the rising wall so as to get over the rising wall, thereby being inserted into the terminal insertion hole, and a bent base end portion of the terminal is abutted against the rising wall so as to be prevented from coming off, an elastic deforming performance regulating portion is provided in the terminal.

An electric motor provided with a terminal insertion hole to which a terminal connected to a brush is inserted, in a feed connector, a fitting hole is formed in a base end portion of the terminal, a projection is formed in a side of a brush holder, and the fitting hole of the terminal inserted into the terminal insertion hole can be fitted to the projection of the brush holder.

In an electric power steering apparatus in which a brush holder of an electric motor is clamped between a yoke of the electric motor and a housing, and a communication passage allowing an inner portion of the yoke of the electric motor and an inner portion of the housing to be ventilated is provided in a partition wall of the brush holder, shielding opposing each other via a narrow passage are provided in an opening facing the inner portion of the yoke in the communication passage provided in the brush holder.

Electric power steering apparatus

In an electric motor, a brush holder is provided with a flange protruding to an outer side in a diametrical direction from an inner diameter position of a yoke, and at least a part of an electric conductor is buried in the flange.
