A server includes: an interface that acquires a vehicle-mounted camera image from a vehicle traveling toward a target specified by a user; and a control unit that detects the target based on the vehicle-mounted camera image, generates recognition information that makes the target recognizable as an image or visually recognizable based on a detection result of the target, and outputs the recognition information to the vehicle.

An information processing device includes an interface configured to acquire position information of a vehicle which picks up a user and a user surrounding image which is obtained by imaging surroundings of the user using a terminal device carried by the user and a control unit configured to generate user surrounding data including data on an object present near the user based on the user surrounding image. The control unit is configured to generate an image based on the assumption that the user is seen from the vehicle as a virtual user image based on the position information of the vehicle and the user surrounding data and to output the virtual user image to the vehicle.
