In some embodiments, devices, systems, and methods for cryogenic biopsy sampling are provided. In some embodiments, a device for cryogenic biopsy sampling is provided, the device including: a dual lumen tube; an elongated probe tip coupled to the distal end of the dual lumen tube, with a first lumen extending into a hollow portion in the tip and a second lumen in fluid communication with the hollow portion; a first port in fluid communication with the first lumen; a second port in fluid communication with the second lumen, wherein the first lumen, the elongated probe element, and the second lumen provide a closed pathway through which a substance introduced through the first port can flow through the first lumen into the elongated probe element, and out of the elongated probe element through the second lumen to the second port.

Devices, systems, and methods for cryogenic biopsy sampling

In some embodiments, systems, methods, and media for multiple reference arm spectral domain optical coherence tomography are provided which, in some embodiments, includes: a sample arm coupled to a light source; a first reference arm having a first path length; a second reference arm having a longer second path length; a first optical coupler that combines light from the sample arm and the first reference arm; a second coupler that combines light from the sample arm and the second reference arm; and an optical switch comprising: a first input port coupled to the first optical coupler; a second input coupled to the second coupler via an optical waveguide that induces a delay at least equal to an acquisition time of an image sensor; and an output coupled to the image sensor.

A catheter including an elongated tube having a channel; an inflatable chamber coupled to the elongated tube and in fluid communication with the channel; and a high-density liquid delivery system in fluid communication with the channel, the high-density liquid delivery system delivering a high-density liquid to the inflatable chamber via the channel to cause the inflatable chamber to expand.
