The present disclosure ensures the rigidity of a sole structure without loss of the bendability of the sole structure. A sole structure includes a plate that is arranged between an outsole and a midsole and is made of a material having higher rigidity than the outsole and the midsole. The plate has a plurality of cuts and a plurality of movable portions (movable portions) defined by phantom lines running along extending directions of the cuts. The movable portions are configured to be movable independently of each other in a thickness direction of the sole structure.

Path length L is a distance from the origin to the tip toe position along the sole top surface, intersection C is a point between the sole bottom surface and a line perpendicular to the reference line S through the position of 0.45 L, and intersection D is a point between the sole bottom surface and a line perpendicular to the reference line S through the position of 0.60 L. In a sole stable posture in which the sole is in contact with the ground at points C and D, the sole bottom surface is separated from the ground at the heel and tip toe portions. Inequality, θ≥5 degrees is satisfied in the sole stable posture, wherein θ is an angle between the ground and a line connecting the heel central position of 0.15 L and the metatarsophalangeal joint position of 0.68 L.

Sole for a shoe

A sole for a shoe includes a sole body extending longitudinally from a heel portion to a toe portion and a curved plate provided at the sole body and extending longitudinally along the sole body. A compressive rigidity of the sole body is lowest at a metatarsophalangeal joint position. The sole body includes a sole forefoot top part disposed above the curved plate at the forefoot portion and a sole forefoot bottom part disposed below the curved plate at the forefoot portion. The compressive rigidity of the sole body is relatively low at the sole forefoot bottom part.

A sole reference posture is determined such that a straight reference line connects a toe-tip position and a rearmost end position of a sole top surface, a path length measured along the sole top surface from the origin of the rearmost end position to the toe-tip position is L, an intersection point of a sole bottom surface and a line crossing a position of 0.45×L and orthogonal to the reference line is position C, and the sole is in contact with the ground at position C. In the reference posture, the sole bottom surface is separated from the ground at a heel portion and a toe portion, and an inequality θ≥5 is satisfied, wherein θ is an angle between a straight line connecting a heel central position of 0.15×L with a metatarsophalangeal joints position of 0.68×L and the ground.

A shoe includes a sole and an upper attached to the sole, in which the upper includes an upper main body that covers the forefoot portion, a portion of the midfoot portion, and the heel portion of the wearer, and a tongue that covers a portion of the midfoot portion, the tongue is connected to the upper main body in a front end portion or in the front end portion and portions of side portions, and the front end portion of the tongue is located such that the path length from a rear end portion of the shoe is a range of 35% or more and 50% or less based on a center line passing from the rear end portion to a front end portion of the shoe.

A sole structure for a shoe includes an upper wall portion disposed on the upper side, a lower wall portion disposed below and away from the upper wall portion, and a sidewall portion that is disposed between the upper wall portion and the lower wall portion and that is elastically deformable in the vertical direction. The upper and lower wall portions and the sidewall portion are formed of resin-made wall-shaped members. A three-dimensional elastic fiber structure formed of resin fibers is provided in the interior region between the upper wall portion and the lower wall portion. The interior region includes a hollow portion that is in contact with the three-dimensional elastic fiber structure via a partition wall formed of a resin-made wall-shaped member.

Sole structure for a shoe, shoe having same, and method for manufacturing same

A sole of a sole structure includes an upper wall portion disposed on an upper side, a lower wall portion disposed on a lower side and spaced away from the upper wall portion, and a pair of sidewall portions that extend substantially in a vertical direction between the upper wall portion and the lower wall portion, that have a vertical zigzag shape, that are coupled to the upper wall portion and the lower wall portion, and that extend in a longitudinal direction along the outer peripheries of the upper wall portion and the lower wall portion. The upper wall portion and the lower wall portion and a pair of sidewall portions are resin-made wall members with a predetermined thickness and form an interior space. Each of the sidewall portions has concave parts recessed inwardly and convex parts protruding outwardly and it is compressible in the vertical direction.

Sole structure for a shoe and method for manufacturing the same

The present invention relates to a shoe including an upper, the upper including an instep cover that covers the instep of a foot. The instep cover includes an instep cover body and a tongue. Two or more protrusions that are configured to extend in use from the instep cover body toward the foot are located at least in a region between the MP joint and the talus in a side portion of the instep cover body. The protrusions are made of embroidery. The protrusions have a height of 0.5 mm or more, a width of 2 mm or more, and a length of 2 mm or more. A distance between each pair of the adjacent protrusions is 2 mm or more in part of the region. The shoe of the present invention includes the upper that improves the heat dissipation properties without impairing the contact between the foot and the shoe.
