A display panel, a method of making the same, and a display device are disclosed. The method of making the display panel includes: forming a display motherboard including at least one metal trace, the at least one metal trace being connected to all uncut display panels on the display motherboard; cutting the display motherboard along a cutting line to form at least two display panels, where the at least one metal trace is exposed on at least one side of each of the at least two display panels; dripping a concentrated acid solution to an exposed position of the at least one metal trace to react for a preset time, thus corroding the at least one metal trace at the exposed position thus forming an insulating metal salt structure.

Display panel, method of making the same, and display device

A display panel and a display device are disclosed. The display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, and a liquid crystal layer disposed therebetween. The first substrate includes a first base and a planarization layer disposed on a side of the first substrate adjacent to the liquid crystal layer. A side of the planarization layer adjacent to the liquid crystal layer includes a textured structure, which includes at least one groove path. The first substrate further includes a bottom edge. An extending direction of the at least one groove path forms an included angle with the bottom edge, the included angle being greater than or equal to 45 degrees and less than or equal to 135 degrees. A liquid crystal material in the liquid crystal layer diffuses along the extending direction of the groove path through the groove path based on capillary phenomenon.

Disclosed are a thin film transistor structure, a display panel and a display device. The thin film transistor structure includes a base, a source electrode, a drain electrode configured to connect to a pixel electrode and a grid electrode. The source electrode, the drain electrode and the grid electrode are provided on the base. and a channel is formed between the source electrode and the drain electrode. The thin film transistor structure further includes an insulating layer and a slow-release electrode. The insulating layer is provided on a side of the source electrode and the drain electrode, and filled in the channel. The slow-release electrode is provided in the insulating layer. At least a part of the slow-release electrode is provided inside the channel.

A Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) assembly and an electronic device is provided in the disclosure. The LCD assembly includes a liquid crystal panel, a resistance detection unit, and a color-temperature-compensation unit. The liquid crystal panel has a first detection point in a first region and a second detection point in a second region. The resistance detection unit is configured to obtain a first resistance value by detecting a resistance value at the first detection point and obtain a second resistance value by detecting a resistance value at the second detection point, and further configured to obtain a resistance difference by calculating a difference between the second resistance value and the first resistance value. The color-temperature-compensation unit is configured to receive the resistance difference, and determine whether Mura appears in a region corresponding to the first detection point in the first region according to the resistance difference.
