The present disclosure provides a display panel and a method for manufacturing the same. The method includes providing a substrate including a display area and a non-display area. A chip on film (COF) and a testing structure are disposed in the non-display area. A testing circuit includes a signal trace including a non-metal trace and a metal trace connecting to each other. A cutting line is disposed on the signal trace. The method further includes testing the display area of the substrate by the testing structure, and removing a test pad.

Display panel and method for manufacturing same

A display panel is provided. The display panel includes: a flexible substrate including a display area and a non-display area; a thin film transistor layer formed on the flexible substrate; grooves formed in the thin film transistor layer corresponding to the non-display area; a planarization layer and a pixel definition layer disposed on the thin film transistor layer respectively; bumps formed in the non-display area after patterning the planarization layer and the pixel definition layer; and a light emitting layer and a thin film encapsulation layer formed on the planarization layer in order, wherein the thin film encapsulation layer covers the bumps and the grooves.

Display panel

A display panel includes a substrate, a first metal layer arranged on the substrate, a first insulating layer disposed on the first metal layer, a second metal layer disposed on the first insulating layer, and a pixel unit. The first metal layer includes a first metal line and a second metal line. The first metal layer is spaced apart along a first direction. The second metal line is spaced apart along a second direction. The first metal line and the second metal line are connected at an intersection. The second metal layer includes a peripheral metal line. The peripheral metal line is electrically connected to the first metal line and the second metal line. The first metal line and the second metal line are connected to the pixel unit. The first metal line and the second metal line supply the pixel unit with a signal voltage.

Display panel and display device

The selecting circuit includes first and second switch units. The first switch unit includes a first control terminal, a first input terminal, and a first output terminal. The second switch unit includes a second control terminal, a second input terminal, and a second output terminal. The first output terminal connects to the second output terminal, the first input terminal connects to an output terminal of a first-stage of driving units, the second input terminal connects to an output terminal of a last-stage of the driving units. A first control signal inputted from the first control terminal controls the first switch unit to be turned on or off, a second control signal inputted from the second control terminal controls the second switch unit to be turned on or off, to selectively output an output signal of first or second output terminals based on an output sequence of the scan driving signal.

Detection signal selecting circuit, thin film transistor substrate, and display panel

In the compensating circuit, a second thin film transistor (TFT) are connected to a gate and drain of a first TFT, and a source of the first TFT receives a constant DC voltage signal, and the second TFT receives a scan signal of nth stage; a third TFT is connected to the drain of the first TFT, is connected to a common ground through a light emitting device, and receives an enable signal; a fourth TFT receives a scan signal of n&#x2212;1th stage, and is connected to a first end of a storage capacitor and the gate of the TFT, and a second end of the storage capacitor is connected to a fifth TFT and a sixth TFT; the fifth TFT receives a data signal and the scan signal of nth stage, respectively; the sixth TFT is connected to the common ground and receives the enable signal, respectively.
