A rigid hanger connecting structure and a bridge structure. The connecting structure includes a rigid hanger and further includes a first connecting portion connected to a top end of the rigid hanger and a second connecting portion connected to a bottom end of the rigid hanger, and the hanger is connected to the first connecting portion and/or the second connecting portion by using a spherical bearing pair. A rotatable connection between the hanger and a bridge structure is implemented to avoid cracking of concrete inside a short hanger, prolonging the service life of a bridge; the connecting ends of the hanger are located within a line of sight range convenient for maintenance, to eliminate a blind zone, improving bridge safety; the hanger can be prefabricated in a factory, shortening construction period and improving efficiency.

Rigid hanger connecting structure and bridge structure

A flexible cable connecting structure and a bridge structure. The connecting structure includes a flexible cable; the first portion connected to a top end and a second portion connected to a bottom end by using a spherical bearing pair. By using a hinge assembly and a spherical hinge assembly, a rotatable connection between the cable and a bridge structure is implemented to avoid force uniformity of steel wires inside the cable due to inclination, thus helps prolong the service life of the cable. The connecting ends of the cable are located in a lower part of an arch rib and an upper part of a bridge floor, respectively located within a line of sight range, making it convenient for maintenance. The cable can be prefabricated in a factory, which ensures construction quality and reduces time of site construction.

Flexible cable connecting structure and bridge structure

A high-damping rubber isolation bearing, an intelligent bearing and a bearing monitoring system are disclosed. The high-damping rubber isolation bearing comprises a top bearing plate, a bottom bearing plate, a high-damping rubber bearing body and a base plate, wherein at least one pressure sensing unit is arranged between the top bearing plate and the base plate, or between the bottom bearing plate and the base plate. The intelligent bearing includes a data acquisition unit, a data output unit and the high-damping rubber isolation bearing. The data acquisition unit transmits the bearing pressure measured by the at least one pressure sensing unit to the data output unit. The bearing monitoring system includes a data acquisition unit, a data output unit, a monitoring center and the high-damping rubber isolation bearing.

A flexible pier comprising a pier body, wherein the pier body comprises a waveform steel tube and concrete filled in the waveform steel tube. The waveform steel tube includes a wave segment. The wave direction of the wave segment is in along the axial direction of the pier body. The waveform steel tube and the concrete support each other. The waveform steel tube may improve the compressive strength of the concrete. Therefore, the section of the pier can become smaller while keeping the same compression bearing capacity, which not only increases the flexibility of the pier, but also reduces the amount of the consumed materials.

Flexible pier

An aseismic composite pier includes one or more column limbs and waveform steel plates, wherein the adjacent column limbs are connected through a waveform steel plate to form a boxlike pier body. The wave direction of the waveform steel plate is along the longitudinal direction of the pier body. The column limbs sustain the longitudinal pressure and the bending moment, while the waveform steel plate sustain the horizontal shearing force. As a result, the flexural stability of the column limb, and the overall horizontal shearing resistance and the deformability of the pier are improved, and thus this kind of structure is suitable for piers with various heights; Moreover, the clear separation of the roles of the waveform steel plates and the column limbs improves the service efficiency of the materials.

Aseismic combined pier

A large-span and special-shaped arch bridge, comprising a main girder (), a center abutment () served as a central bearing point and two auxiliary abutments () served as bearing points at two ends, wherein further comprising an arch-axis combination () and two arch-axis bending beams () presented as arcs projected upwards, the arch-axis combination being built on the center abutment () with two ends connected to the inner ends of the two arch-axis bending beams (), the outer ends of the two arch-axis bending beams () being built on the two auxiliary abutments (), the two arch-axis bending beams () being connected to the main girder () via a plurality of inhaul cables. A method for constructing said arch bridge is also disclosed. Through the dual-arch axis of two arch-axis bending beams, the bending strength of the cross-section of the arch bridge is significantly increased, the bending moment of the cross-section of the arch at the central bearing point is decreased, the vertical displacement at the haunch of the arch is lesser, and the deformation of the main girder is reduced, thus the force of the entire bridge is more reasonable, the construction cost can effectively be reduced and the construction period can be shortened.
