A grill device includes a support rack and a grill module. The grill module is formed with a feed inlet, includes upper and lower grill plates, is rotatably mounted on the support rack about an axis, and is rotatable between an inclined position, where the feed inlet and a gravity center of the grill module are respectively located at two sides of the axis, where the gravity center is lower than the axis, and where the upper grill plate covers and is locked on the lower grill plate by the support rack, and a hand-held position, where the upper grill plate is unlocked from the support rack and is rotatable relative to the lower grill plate so as to uncover the lower grill plate.

Grill device

An air inlet device of an air fryer, which has a heating chamber, includes an upper housing, and an upper cover disposed above and covering the upper housing. The upper cover and the upper housing cooperatively define a flow guide channel therebetween. The flow guide channel has an air inlet opening for entry of air into the air inlet device, and a chamber entry opening located inwardly of the air inlet opening for flowing of the air into the heating chamber. The flow guide channel has a curved shape from the air inlet opening to the chamber entry opening.

A setting device for a control shaft of a thermostat includes a first coupling piece, a second coupling piece, and a knob member. The first coupling piece is sleeved on the control shaft to permit the control shaft to rotate therewith. The second coupling piece is loosely sleeved on the control shaft and has two studs engaged respectively in two slots of the first coupling piece to permit the first coupling piece to rotate therewith. The knob member has two tongues fitted in two gaps in the second coupling piece to permit the second coupling piece to be rotated with the knob member, whereby a force applied to rotate the knob member can be accurately transmitted to the control shaft for adjusting a setting temperature of the thermostat.

A grill device for cooking a fluidic food material includes a lower grill plate and an upper grill plate. The lower grill plate includes a lower base wall and a lower surrounding wall that extends upwardly from the lower base wall. The lower base wall has at least one lower inclined surface. The upper grill plate removably covers and is operable to uncover the lower grill plate. A waffle maker includes a first grill member and a second grill member openably coupled to the first grill member. The first grill member has a grill body and a cross-shaped rib mounted in a receiving space of the grill body. The cross-shaped rib has first rib portions, second rib portions under the first rib portions when the first grill member is at an upright state, and a cross-shaped notch. The cross-shaped notch has first notch portions extending respectively along the first rib portions, and second notch portions extending respectively along the second rib portions and communicating with the first notch portions. Each of the first notch portions has a length larger than that of each of the second notch portions.

A temperature auto-compensation grill includes rotatingly connected upper and lower grilling units; a heating circuit including a heater and a thermostat having a change-over switch; and an operating mechanism including a linkage that is slidingly connected to the lower grilling unit, a first end of the linkage making contact with the change-over switch and a second end of the linkage extending from the lower grilling unit and making contact with the withstand portion of the upper grilling unit in an open position. The upper grilling unit has a withstand portion withstands that contacts the second end of the linkage and slidingly pushes the linkage when the upper grilling unit rotates from a closed position to an open position. The thermostat has a first steady temperature in the closed position, and a second steady temperature in the open position, and the first steady temperature is lower than the second steady temperature.

A grilling device comprises an upper shell and a lower shell, an upper pan disposed on the lower surface of the upper pan and a lower pan disposed on the top surface of the lower shell, and electric heating tubes disposed on the rear sides of the pans, wherein the top surface of the lower pan is slant from two sides to the middle portion, and the shape of the lower surface of the upper pan is cooperated with the shape of the top surface of the lower pan. When cooking, the oil will flow to the middle and will be discharged out from the opening in the middle. The steam can be discharged from two sides because the pan is lower in middle and higher in two sides. Steam is prevented from being discharged from front side. The arc surface has more cooking surface in the same size.

The temperature controller is a mechanical controller with double-metal pieces, and the temperature is adjusted by rotating the bronze axle; a rotating shaft is disposed between the knob and the temperature controller, the knob can rotate the rotating shaft, and then the bronze axle of the temperature controller can be rotated.
