The present disclosure provides a charging device and a charging control method, and the device includes a transformer, a charger, an energy regulator, and a controller; the primary winding of the transformer is connected to the power distribution network, the power distribution network provides a first input power for the charging device; the secondary winding of the transformer is connected to an AC side of the charger and the AC side of the energy regulator respectively; the power required on the AC side of the charger is a second input power; the controller is connected to the energy regulator to control the AC side current of the energy regulator, so as to compensate the power difference between the second input power and the first input power.

The magnetic component includes a plurality of heat dissipation pins, which are disposed on the winding of the magnetic component, wherein the magnetic component has one or more windings. The heat dissipation structure includes a circuit board on which a plurality of heat dissipation channels are disposed, and the heat dissipation pins of the windings are in contact with the heat dissipation channels; a plurality of heat conduction portions are disposed correspondingly under the heat dissipation channels of the circuit board; a heat conduction layer is arranged under the heat conduction portions and contacts with the heat conduction portions; and a heat dissipation layer is arranged under the heat conduction layer and contacts with the heat conduction layer.

The present application discloses a packaging structure for a power module, comprising: a heat dissipation substrate; at least one first power device disposed on a first substrate having an insulating layer, the first substrate disposed on the heat dissipating substrate; and at least one second power device including a jumping electrode having a jumping potential, wherein the at least one second power device is disposed on at least one second substrate having an insulating layer, and the at least one second substrate is disposed on the first substrate, to reduce a parasitic capacitance between the jumping electrode and the heat dissipation substrate. The packaging structure for the power module according to the present application can reduce the parasitic capacitance between the jumping electrode of the power module and the heat dissipation substrate, thereby greatly reducing the EMI noise of the power module in operation.

A front-lighting system for a vehicle has: a first light source, a second light source, a first primary optics, a second primary optics, a transparent shutter, and a secondary optics. The first primary optics receives light from the first light source and projects it onto the transparent shutter and the secondary optics. The second primary optics receives light from the second light source and projects it onto the transparent shutter. The transparent shutter receives light from the first primary optics and prevents a lower part of it from entering the secondary optics, receives light from the second primary optics and projects it onto the secondary optics, and has a light out-coupling surface and micro-optical structures on a bordering surface. The secondary optics receives light from the first primary optics and the transparent shutter, and projects it onto a road in front of the vehicle.

A power converter and a method of controlling the power converter are provided. The power converter includes a PFC rectifier module and a DC-DC converter module. When the output voltage of the power converter is greater than or equal to a minimum limit value of the bus voltage output by the PFC rectifier module, the DC-DC converter module is operated in a constant-on mode in which the DC-DC converter module does not perform voltage conversion and the PFC rectifier module outputs the bus voltage which is adjusted according to the output voltage of the power converter. When the output voltage of the power converter is less than the minimum limit value, the DC-DC converter module is operated in a voltage-regulation mode in which the DC-DC converter module converts the bus voltage into the output voltage of the power converter, and the bus voltage is a constant value.
