A slope-adaptive inclined special elevator includes a bumper, an elevator car system, a slope guide rail system, a counter-weight system, a traction machine, a governing rope governor, and a traction rope guiding wheel. The two ends of the traction rope are connected to the elevator car system and the counter-weight system respectively, and the traction rope is towed and lifted under the driving action of the traction machine and the guiding action of the traction rope guiding wheel; over-speed protection is realized by means of the governing rope governor and a safety gear linkage and the bumper; to adapt to slope variations, the car body is leveled automatically by an automatic leveling assembly, the traction rope is guided forcibly via traction rope lifting devices and traction rope pressing devices, and the governing rope is guided forcibly via governing rope lifting devices and governing rope pressing devices.

Slope-adaptive inclined special elevator

A hydraulic elevating platform having no guide rails and an elevating method. A hydraulic power pack drives three parallel hydraulic cylinders to work synchronously, thereby implementing the rising and falling of an elevating platform; when the elevating platform reaches a predetermined floor, an upper electric pushrod pushes a pedal assembly out, and then the pedal assembly drives a pedal to rise by means of a pedal elevating system until the pedal is flush with the surface of a loading table of the elevating platform; outward-swinging doors between the elevating platform and a floor open to form pedal guardrails; then sliding doors open and a man can step onto a stair via the pedal assembly. An eccentric loading adjusting means eliminates eccentric loading to achieve balance about the center of gravity, thereby eliminating the eccentric loading of the platform. The elevating platform is simple in structure, safe, reliable, and easy to maintain. The elevating platform, placed within a spiral stair, is convenient for movement of crowds and cargo delivery at certain scenarios and is widely applicable. The elevating method is simple to implement and effectively solves the eccentric loading problem caused by reasons such as outstretching of a pedal of a hydraulic elevating platform and uneven distribution of people on the elevating platform, so that the hydraulic elevating platform is more stable and reliable during operation.

Hydraulic elevating platform having no guide rails and elevating method

Disclosed is a fall prevention brake buffering system for high-speed mine lift, including brake ropes () fixed on two sides of a car (). One end of the brake rope () is fixed on the top part of a vertical well (), and the other end is fixed on the bottom part of the vertical well (). A linkage mechanism () is arranged at the bottom of the car (). A buffer () is arranged at the top of the brake rope (), and a tension connector () is arranged at the bottom of the brake rope (). A brake rope safety tong () fixed on the brake rope () and connected with the linkage mechanism () is arranged at the bottom of the car (). The buffer () includes an inverted brake rope gradual safety tong () with a buffering rope () provided therein and connected with the brake rope (). A buffering rope clip () is arranged on the buffering rope (). The system is convenient to install, and the buffering force of the brake rope is constant and adjustable. The system realizes reliable fall prevention brake function, greatly improves safety performance during high-speed operation of a lift with non-rigid rails, and increases safety performance during high-speed operation of a mine lift.

A mining elevator carrying platform and carrying method, the platform comprises a power system () and a four-rod carrying device (), a rotating rod () connected with the power system () is set on the carrying device (); the power system () comprises a flameproof motor (-), a upper-limited switch (-), a down-limited switch (-) and a main pulley (-), the flameproof motor (-) is connected with the main pulley (-) through a main steel cable (-), a baffle (-) is set on the main steel cable (-), a double cable channel is set on the main pulley (-), and the main pulley (-) is connected with a sub-pulley (-) by a sub-steel cable (-), a sliding plate (-) is set on the sub-steel cable (-), and a sliding rod (-) is set on the sliding plate (-). The main pulley (-) is driven to rotate by the flameproof motor (-) through the main steel cable (-), thus the sub-pulley (-) is driven to rotate. The sliding rod (-) moves in a strip-opening sliding slot in the rotating rod () by the sliding plate (-) moving up and down, then the rotating rod () and a carrying plate (-) are driven to move circumferentially. A rocker (-) is rotated around a supporting bracket (-) driven by a connecting rod (-), thus a credible carrying platform in multi-plane is realized. The platform is simple in structure, controlled accurately, convenient to be fixed and maintained, operated stably and reliably, and has the self-locking function.

Mining elevator carrying platform and carrying method

An elevator anti-fall buffer based on flexible guidance. The anti-fall buffer is used for connecting and fixing an end part of a braking steel rope of an elevator. The anti-fall buffer has an upper support plate and a lower support plate, wherein a pulley set is provided on the upper support plate and the lower support plate, and a hydraulic damping buffer is provided at two sides of the pulley set. The anti-fall buffer uses the energy consumption principle of a hydraulic damping hole, and while protecting the braking steel rope from the force of impact created thereon by the elevator, prevents the force of impact from a spring on the elevator post-braking, improving the safety and reliability of elevator braking, thereby improving safety of an elevator, while also using a pulley set can increase the braking distance of the braking steel rope, thereby lengthening life of the steel rope.

Specific elevator anti-fall buffer based on flexible guidance

Embodiments of the invention provide a long-distance transport system for people in an inclined lane, in which the system includes a plurality of hydraulic driving units, a traction chain, a truss, supporting guide rails and retractable pedals. According to an embodiment of the invention, the truss is formed by a plurality of truss units sequentially connected end to end. Each truss unit is provided with the hydraulic driving unit. The traction chain and the supporting guide rails are all arranged in the length direction of the truss. The traction chain is driven by and connected with the plurality of the hydraulic driving units. The retractable pedals are arranged on the traction chain and are provided with supporting rollers rolling along the supporting guide rails.

A mine elevator is provided having an anti-explosion traction system, an anti-explosion lift car protection system, a flexible guide rail guiding system, a compound lift car, and a counterweight system. The anti-explosion traction system comprises a traction rope tension regulating device, an anti-explosion traction machine, and an anti-explosion control cabinet.
