A method and a device for transmitting SI, a base station and a UE are provided. The method includes: determining a position of an SI window corresponding to each piece of SI, and determining a configuration parameter of each SI window in accordance with the position of the SI window; transmitting a DRS to a UE, the configuration parameter of each SI window being carried in an eSIB in the DRS; and transmitting the SI to the UE through each SI window. Each SI window corresponds to one piece of SI, and parts of the SI windows are configured in a radio link measurement window for a serving cell to which the UE belongs.

Measurement method for wireless communication network, base station, and terminal

A method for measuring a quality of a wireless link and a user equipment are provided. The method includes obtaining a probability that a base station successfully transmits a DRS; detecting a CRS in each subframe in a predetermined assessment period to obtain a subframe status of each subframe, the subframe status including a status that the CRS is detected and a status that the DRS is not detected in a wireless link measurement window; determining a status generation reason of a subframe having the status that the DRS is not detected in the wireless link measurement window, according to the probability; and performing a predetermined detection to the quality of the wireless link in the predetermined assessment period according to the status generation reason and the subframe status of the subframe, so as to determine a state of the wireless link.

A method and a device for indicating a UE capability, a UE and a base station are provided. The method for indicating the UE capability for use in the UE includes steps of: receiving from a base station a request message for acquiring the UE capability; indicating a capability of an MF mode supported by the UE in UE capability information, the capability of the MF mode supported by the UE including a frequency band and/or a function feature of the MF mode supported by the UE; and transmitting the UE capability information to the base station.

The information configuration method includes steps of: determining whether or not it is necessary to transmit DMTC information about synchronized neighboring cells and DMTC information about asynchronized neighboring cells to a UE; and in the case that it is necessary to transmit the DMTC information about the synchronized neighboring cells and the DMTC information about the asynchronized neighboring cells to the UE, transmitting first DMTC information about the neighboring cells to the UE, the first DMTC information about in the neighboring cells indicating the DMTC information about the synchronized neighboring cells and the DMTC information about the asynchronized neighboring cells to the UE.
