A radio resource configuration method and device are disclosed. The radio resource configuration method includes: after a piece of user equipment UE establishes a connection with a base station according to a system bandwidth in a broadcast message, determining, by the base station for the UE, resource configuration used for communication between the UE and the base station, where the resource configuration includes at least one of a resource allocation bandwidth, a channel state information CSI pilot bandwidth, and a CSI measurement bandwidth, where the resource allocation bandwidth is a bandwidth used to generate resource block allocation information in downlink control information; and sending, by the base station to the UE by using dedicated signaling or a common message, the resource configuration determined for the UE and used for communication between the UE and the base station.

A method of resource allocation for Channel State Information (CSI) feedback is provided, which comprises the following steps of: configuring a downlink transmission approach and a feedback mode for each User Equipment (UE); allocating feedback resources required for CSI feedback by each UE based on the configured downlink transmission approach and feedback mode, such that different types underlying different feedback modes for a single UE will not collide with each other within one sub-frame; and notifying each UE of the corresponding configured downlink transmission approach and feedback mode and allocated feedback resources. The physical downlink data channel transmission method provided in the embodiments of the present application includes: mapping a physical downlink data channel to a time-frequency resource in at least one timeslot, where a time-frequency resource in each timeslot includes at least one enhanced physical resource block pair, and the enhanced physical resource block pair includes two consecutive physical resource blocks in a frequency domain in a same timeslot; and sending the physical downlink data channel to UE. Embodiments of the present invention disclose a communication method, a UE, and a base station. The method includes: acquiring, by the user equipment UE, on an anchor carrier, synchronization information to synchronize with the base station, where a frequency resource between the UE and the base station includes N subcarriers, where the N subcarriers include the anchor carrier and at least one supplementary carrier, and N is an integer greater than or equal to 2; acquiring, by the UE, on the anchor carrier, system information, where the system information includes information about identities and frequency locations of the subcarriers; selecting, by the UE, the anchor carrier or a supplementary carrier according to the system information; and accessing, by the UE, the base station on a selected subcarrier, and communicating with the base station.

The present invention provides a precoding method for use in a wireless communications system. According to the precoding method of the present invention, a serving base station and cooperative communication base stations employ an identical precoding matrix so as to weight transmission signals and then transmit them. The weighting stands for multiplication of results of overall precoding or each layer precoding process by weight values at the serving base station and the cooperative communication base stations. A user device corresponding to the serving base station and the cooperative communication base stations receives a signal which is obtained by an operation in which the serving base station and the cooperative communication base stations perform an identical precoding process and additively combine results of overall precoding or each layer precoding process with one another. The user device feeds back information which includes (i) precoding matrix information for the serving base station and the cooperative communication base stations, (ii) weight vector information for either overall precoding or layer precoding, and (iii) a quantized value of channel quality. This feedback information is thus advantageous in that its signaling information amount is small.

Wireless communications system and precoding method

The present invention provides a method and a coder for jointly coding Pre-coding Matrix Index #1 (W) and Rank Index (RI) for channel state information feedback of a double codebook precoding frame. In the present invention, it is determined whether Rank Index RI is more than 2; if the RI is no more than 2, a first half branch of a coding binary tree is used to represent joint coding of the RI and Wwhen RI=1 and RI=2; if the RI is more than 2, a second half branch of the coding binary tree is used to represent remaining separate codings and/or joint codings when the RI is more than 2; and processing results of the above coding steps are output. The present invention may be applied to an equal-length coding or an unequal-length coding. The present invention has advantages such as easy implementation, lower signaling overhead etc., and may be suitable for an LTE-A/4G cellular communication system and a future 5G cellular communication system.

The present invention discloses a channel reconstruction method for a downlink multi-antenna-multi-base-station with inconsistent antenna configuration. Firstly, a serving base station configures a user equipment. If antenna configuration of the multi-antenna-multi-base-station system is inconsistent, virtual antennas are introduced to a base station with fewer antennas in the system. A user equipment selects and feeds back indices of the virtual antennas and reconstructs channels of the multi-antenna-multi-base-station system to generate a consistent antenna configuration. Finally, the multi-antenna-multi-base-station system transmits a signal to the user equipment by adopting a transmission pre-processing scheme of the consistent antenna configuration. The present invention provides also a serving base station, a cooperative base station and a user equipment for realizing the channel reconstruction method. The present invention has advantages of large application range, simple implementation and better performance.
