Provided are a photovoltaic module, comprising a solar cell string having a plurality of solar cells arranged in sequence, adjacent solar cells being connected by solder strips, the solder strip being connected to a front surface of one solar cell and to a back surface of the other solar cell, a long-side dimension of the solar cell being within a range of 150 mm to 220 mm; two protective adhesive layers respectively covering front and back surfaces of the solar cell string, a dimensional difference between thicknesses of one protective adhesive layer and the solder strip being defined as first thickness, a ratio of the first thickness to the thickness of one protective adhesive layer being not less than 0 and not greater than 20%; a transparent plate covering the protective adhesive layer on the front surface; and a back plate covering the protective adhesive layer on the back surface.

Photovoltaic module

A photovoltaic module includes a first sealing member, a pad strip, a solar cell string, and a second sealing member. A cross-linking rate of a material of the second sealing member is higher than that of a material of the first sealing member. The first sealing member, the solar cell string, and the second sealing member are sequentially arranged along a thickness direction of the photovoltaic module. The pad strip is located around the solar cell string and located between the first sealing member and the second sealing member. The pad strip is made of a same material as the first sealing member. A thickness of the first sealing member, a thickness of the second sealing member, and a thickness of the pad strip all gradually decrease along a length direction of the photovoltaic module towards an edge of the photovoltaic module.

A photovoltaic module, including a plurality of solar cells each including a semiconductor substrate and a passivation layer, the semiconductor substrate is provided with an electrode including busbars, fingers, and electrode pads, each of the solar cells includes 9 to 20 busbars, each of the solar cells includes 40 to 100 fingers, and each of the busbars is connected to 3 to 10 electrode pads; a plurality of solder strips configured to connect the plurality of solar cells to each other, each of the solder strips fits the busbars and includes at least one boss portion soldered with the electrode pads, and a gradient of an outer surface of the boss portion along an extension direction of the solder strip ranges from 0° to 10°.
